Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Sun Valley

My wife and I stopped by here after dinner because she wanted some ice crcream. When we first arrived they had a line outside the door which surprised me because it brought back memories of covid lockdown time. But the line was due to the store being very small and there were people inside already. So we walked around the plaza and let the line calm down. When we came back 5 minutes later, there was no line so we walked in and my wife got her rocky road ice cream in a cone. The price wasn't so bad and you get a decent scoop of ice cream so she was happy. The parking here won't be an issue because it's in a big parking lot.

The store closes at 10:00 I was told it was 9: 50 and they were not going to make me a shake and then told me that the door should have been closed

Stopped by to purchase an icecream cake and was greeted with awful rude customer service by a young lady. Will never return.

Came to Store# 6111 And let me tell you Melanie, Diego, and Hector Have what you call Wow customer service very friendly and great attitude greeted as we walked in. Going the extra mile that made my day!! My 4 month old was crying and needed to make him a bottle the only bottle already had some old milk and I asked if Diego would do me a favor and rinsing the bottle and with out hesitation he was so kind enough to do so for me and I am Thank full. Thank you again and for such a great experience 😊

The ice cream is the best. Love it but sometimes some of the staff is a little pushy. I understand you want to be quick but don't pressure the customers. We sometimes need a little time to think about what we want to get. Other than that it was good.

This Baskin-Robbins is a very operation. The associates usually are very helpful and know their job very well. It is a clean store. It is actually very busy in the summer. The associates are always doing something and still provide very good customer service. Today we bought an ice cream cake for my mother-in-law's birthday day. 2 weeks ago we bought another for our son's birthday.

For some reason everytime I'm in town and visit the quality of the business seem to be getting lower. I remember I would come in and be greeted and it would smell really good and look really clean. Now it seems like just another customer threw the door and it isn't as clean. Maybe it's just the employees I hope but they need to address this

I prefer to go here than the other location that is the same distance away but in the opposite direction from my home. They give you good portions. The shakes are thick, and the banana splits have to be smushed by the cover if you get it "to go."
