Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Suitland

The customer service I received from one of the employees was very unsatisfactory. After my friend and I order our double scoops, we made our way to the cash register. Inside the store they have a small sign that encourages customers to download the baskin robbins app. I did so assuming I could get a free scoop if I signed up. I was correct because the app offers you a “welcome scoop”. I showed the cashier the free scoop code to which she said I couldn’t use it because we both got double scoops. I explained to her that she could just charge us for one single scoop and one double and then that would be my free welcome scoop. She proceeded to tell me it would be more expensive which made no sense. A single scoop costs less than a double scoop. That’s simple math. We went back and forth a few more times and then she changed the order and the total was less like I tried to tell her from the beginning. As we were paying for our order another woman was walking out the store. The cashier gave her something and proceed to say “puta mujer” to which the other woman said “la mujer” as a question referring to me. I’m assuming she thought I didn’t know any Spanish. It was extremely uncalled for and rude. If she was more focused on knowing math and doing her job, she wouldn’t have been “frustrated” with dealing with a paying customer. Needless to say I won’t be back for the disrespect.

I drove all the way over here to satisfy a sundae craving only to find out that they only offer basic sundaes...no brownies, cookie dough...nothing special...NOT WORTH THE TRIP!!!!!

Nice for the Dunkin’ Donuts , can be busy so order ahead via the app (beware that they cannot refund you at the location for all mobile orders over $20 you gotta call corporate which is a hassle). I deducted 2 stars because the do not follow their hours at all. They open late and close early all the time, so i don’t know why they just won’t change their hours online accordingly.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went in this evening 10/6/22 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone. My cone was stale. I went back in to ask for another cone and was told “they are all the same and they only make fresh cones every 5 days.” I was not given another cone or offered a refund. So I just asked for a bowl and threw the cone away…Not to mention the second time I went back in a younger male worker was moping the floor. He goes behind the counter to help me but didn’t wash his hands. I hand to ASK him to wash his hands. THEN instead he just gets some gloves…This is not my first negative experience and I’m realizing it’s not going to get any better. Go anywhere else bc this hole in the wall is not worth it AT ALL!

I went to Baskin Robins on 5/24/22 the employee walked in right behind me, she proceeds to hand a customer sitting down a piece of paper. She goes behind the counter gives the other employee a piece of paper, they have a short conversation. She then asked who is next, I place my order for a milkshake. After she checks me out, she goes to the ice cream side. She DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS. I asked if she was going to wash her hands, she tells me she sanitized them in her car before came in. Then argues with me about washing her hands, she tells me she is not touching the ice cream. She washes her hands with a brief rinse under some water, then said see I washed. We have a exchange of words, before I asked for a refund. I reported this to the corporate office and received a phone call from the owner I assume, which she didn't seem to take serious. I have been to this store several times with out any problems. With the world we live in now, with COVID and some many other infectious diseases, SANITATION is NEEDED!!!!

Didn’t have any of the flavors that were on the app. No coffee flavored ice cream and no brownie sundaes. They didn’t have any “cool” or “exciting” flavors either. Very disappointed. I was really liking forward to it too.

Please be careful at this location. The employee was nice but management was bad. After my order was completely rung up management comes over and charges me an additional $2 for regular flavoring in my coffee drink. I visit plenty of BR/Dunkin Donut locations and they have never charged for regular flavoring none the less $2 for it. Starbucks don't even charge that much. When I questioned management about it she said that is what they do here and when I looked at the receipt it was some bogus code that did not even say flavoring or syrup. Please go to another location if you can. This one is not ethical and after paying almost $15 for 2 small drinks they were not even tasty. Do better!!!!

Supposedly they close at 9pm but the lady was locking the door at 8:30pm???? When my husband and I walked in one of the employees rolled their eyes and sighed heavily as if our presence disturbed her. If you do not want to work in the food industry, look for a different line of work. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Will never come here again.
