Note: so far in my life I've only done like a totals of 4 reviews online. This was the worst experience ever. The Ice cream was stale with ice crystals inside it it also smelled funny. The almonds in my Jamoca Almond Fudge were stale too. They got 2 out of 6 orders wrong. My kid specifically wanted the mermaid cup but they didn't have the mermaid cup with the tail. Then she settled for the unicorn cup. When he gave her ice cream, it was in a monster cup which really upset the kid who waited a few months to be able to come out and have ice cream. When I mentioned it to him he didn't seem to care. His attitude was terrible. Will never return to this place.

Ordered thru Door Dash and the delivery guy had to call us to tell us that they had nothing but ice cream and sprinkles. No toppings. Was charged for three sundaes when we got plain scoops of ice cream. So disappointing.
