The staff at this Baskin-Robbins is on the younger side, and for once, I'm very pleased. The "kids" are clean, polite, personable and quick. The past three times I've been there I have left put a tip in the tip jar and was happy to. I only wish other young people took such pride in their work.

Always fast, friendly service. I've been going to this particular Baskin-Robbins for thirty + years.

Santa Paula has one of the nicest Baskin-Robbins stores I've been to. Alot of the Baskin-Robbins stores are kind of dingy not this one.

Not too good.... service is great but when u come in the smell of incense was so strong it almost smelled like a cigar anyways we couldn't enjoy our ice cream ....sorry for this review 😞 I hope they take out the burning incense
