I come here often and lately it's been two women working the front. They have really poor customer service skills.
I love having ice cream at the same Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid. The employees are always so friendly and always excited to try their new flavors.
The ice cream was good as usual but the two women that worked there made us feel like we were annoying them by being there. They weren’t busy, we were their only customers and it was as though they had something better to do. Unfortunate customer service experience when I was trying to have a fun surprise outing with my family.
What is there NOT to like at Baskin Robbins? It's been a staple around here for as long as I can remember. They also have online specials and weekly walk in specials as well. Lets not forget BIRTHDAYS. You get a free scoop of any of your favorite flavors! Ya can't beat that!
Like all Baskin Robbins, they offer many different choices and more non-dairy or no sugar added items so they can be a little more guilt free. This particular location gets a lower than five star rating due to its very limited parking but that's not the fault of the product but the choice of location.
Small and quiet place is what I love when I go out. The people there are kind and they deliver the best ice cream. I love their soft yet crunchy cones and their soft ice cream 🍨
We love our Baskin Robbins because it's a great place for a family get-together to have sweet ice cream treats. You can always count on Baskin-Robbins to have a great variety to choose from that satisfies every person in the party!
