This place is disgusting. My mom got me some Ice Cream with brownies in it & tasted it, and she had to throw the whole thing away. She asked when the brownies were made & they said that they didn’t know.

Went to this Baskin-Robbins today we spent $14.80 for a cup with 2 scoops & 2 waffle cones with 2 scoops. The cones were terrible completely stale. Too many other places in the area that sell ice cream don't waste your money. Very disappointed😣😣!

I usually love this Baskin Robbins but in the last month I’ve been there 3 times. The service has been horrible. I have been left standing without service and there is no line. My breakfast sandwich was given to someone else. Twice I’ve asked for a thick milkshake and yet they put too much milk in it and it’s more the consistency of milk than a milkshake. I’m very disappointed, I always leave a tip but I think it’s time to stop giving my money to them.

I've been to this location many times and have enjoyed sitting inside with my husband and eating our ice cream. Tonight, however, was quite different. There were 2 young guys working. Their language was very offensive as they carried on and fooled around. Every single table in the booth area had not been cleaned. Not such a pleasant visit this time.

Will never ever go here again. Complete rip off. Ordered 3 dips cone, that might have been 1.5 dips. The dips were not solid so when I pushed down it squished into 1.5 dips. For the price charged, $6 something, they should have been full dips

I would rate this 5 star because of several reasons including Friendly Staff, clean space and comfortable environment if anyone wants to sit. You get whatever is in the menue most of the time and their Drinks are always as expected. Keep up the good work

This particular establishment is also a Dunkin donuts. So, to fit everything, they dramatically reduced the number of ice cream flavors. The ice cream is still good, but my choices were limited.

It was extremely loud due to alot of middle school kids coming there after school. Some of them were obnoxious and cursed like sailors. I was surprised the employees didn't at least try to keep the noise at a level where you could hear yourself think. I felt like I was at a school cafeteria.
