8 people buy ice cream. Barely any seating and a 4 top is being used by their managers or leadership to conduct a meeting. They didn't offer that table by to customers. They were wondering why Starbucks is doing better than them. I could give them a few reasons.

Got 2 hand pack courts half and half. And one is half full, not packed whatsoever. Female employee that took order was extremely rude. When trying to call the store it just goes to an automated device. Had to call dunken(the store next door).

Almost didn't go because of the negative reviews. But it was good. Fast service, good ice cream.

Worst run Baskin-Robbins in the history of the franchise. I have been there 4 times over the course of 5 months and they are always out of practically everything. Never have whip cream for a sundae, never have any variety of toppings (you would be lucky to even get one) and never have any basic flavors or the great ones like peanut butter and choclate. I feel bad for the employees for they take all the heat from disappointed clients like me.

Got a scoop of Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream today. Not many staff, but the male employee came right up and asked if I wanted to try any flavors. He was very polite and courteous.

Went thru drive thru wanting pre packed quarts. Had neither one. Asked if they could pack two for me. His response was "are you kidding me?" Then he said they didn't have either flavor. So I said I guess I don't want anything. Promptly parked and walked in. Wouldn't you know it, both flavors under the glass. He was a little nervous when I walked in. Stood in line behind 2 people for over 10 minutes and decided this isn't worth my time. Note I've been told the same thing in previous visits and I wonder how many times I have been lied to. Employees should reimburse the company for lost revenue. Flat out lazy.

Well, we always know the ice cream will be good! The service was friendly and prompt. Indoor seating is a somewhat confined area. Outdoor seating is on a large patio with little or no greenery and lots of traffic noise. An outdoor speaker was playing music as if to compensate for the traffic noise, but it only increased the noise level uncomfortably. Tall concrete walls on either side of the patio completed the jailhouse atmosphere. The garbage can was completely overflowing, so we had to track down a receptacle inside the store.

Yeah, not the 31 flavors I remember. No sundaes, no banana splits and no banana Royal's. Management doesn't want to buy bananas anymore. So what's the diff between this place and the average ice cream parlor? I'm not coming back. Disappointed.
