We had worst experience today on this shop. Ordered one scoop of ice cream and politely asked shop guy to split that in to two cups (because I don't want my kid to eat more ice cream) he replied saying he can't do that (very rude manner). We asked for extra cup & spoons he charged for that too which he should not do. His behavior is very rude. We felt come out from that shop immediately. Overall worst experience. Ice creams are very average.
This Mangonada is sooo good. Almost finished it before i remmber to take picture.
It is with great disappointment that I write this review. My husband and I were frequent customers up until something changed in Management I am assuming. We would come here daily for 2 mocha cappuccino blast with cinnamon on top until we realized the new Management is watering down the coffee mix needed for these drinks. They are adding more milk, less coffee concentration to save a free bucks. We have given numerous chances to make it right, however, if the coffee mix is extremely diluted nothing they do will fix the taste. These drinks are NOT inexpensive neither. They lost 2 great customers that spent minimal $16 per day as a result of greed.
First time going my kid accidentally dropped her one scoop cup and they charged me twice. Al is the worst manager there is with no good customer service at all. I will never ever return to this place again. Being courteous takes you a long way I will not spend my money here again.
Maybe they have new management because this BR has gotten way better. My son & I went a couple of nights ago right before closing and they were open and super nice. We were in & out quickly. Super yummy ice cream!
I do not recommend it, they serve well, but they served an ice cream their day too small and if they close at 9pm I arrived at 8pm and they were already closing the chairs
All five stars go to Calista.As an Uber driver. She is probably one of the hardest working and most delightful persons I have picked up from. Great customer service and work ethic.
One of my all time favorite spots! This location has a great staff and management always has a smile. Clean upbeat store.
