Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Palatka

I went there twice on 2 separate occasions, Once for 2 of the exact same milkshakes, 2 large Jamoca milkshakes (if I spelled it correct) it took 22 minutes, of me waiting in the drive thru line, with no one in front of me. I have no idea what could possibly take that long for 2 milkshakes, Then I went today. For 1 quart of ice cream and 1 milkshake, first off I was charged for something different than the 1 quart, I was charged for 1lb and 8oz. Which ended up being $9, when stated on the board, prepackaged ice cream, $6 something. I was okay as it wasnt too much more, however. This ice cream is by far, the most disgusting ice cream I have ever had. It taste as if the ice cream was thawed, and milk or water was added to thin it out, the ice cream is riddled with shards of crunchy ice, and has no flavor. My friends milkshake taste disgusting, it has the consistency of a slushy, again RIDDLED, with ICE. There is actual ice in it. I am furious, and I will never be going back. I am so mad with this service and quality, being charged extra for something that took so long and is absolutely horrible. Also, the order I made today, took atleats 20 minutes, WITH NO ONE INSIDE. Seriously what takes so long for 1 milkshake and a couple scoops of ice cream, seriously.

I ordered a Petals and Pearls cake at the store . When I check my cake doesn't look the same as the picture. I call the manager during the morning to let him know. The manager was rude, started to getting agitated and told he has 400 cakes orders & his gonna hang on the phone on me. Very disrespectful. Not Even apologize for the wrong order. I went to social media and everyone has the correct design except me. They don't want to take responsibility and I paid $42.79.

Love the service! I wish I got her name who made my order today because she remembers my voice and makes my mocha cappuccino blast the exact way I want it! Thank you so much.

I have been coming here for many years. The service has been good over all. This place can be quite busy in the mornings, both the drive thru and dine in. I use the Dunkin Donuts app to order ahead of time and the pickup is usually within a couple of minutes of walking in the door.

Ice cream was old. Server didn't even know if the flavor I asked for was correct. She said, "oh, we don't keep them in order". I will never go back to that store. Our daughters and their friend were also very disappointed.

Drink was fine but if you are wanting a donut you may not get one. Shelves are always empty in the early afternoon. Not sure if the only put donuts out certain times of day or if the workers are just not keeping up.

Horrible never going back! Half of the flavors were out and the sales lady was the rudest thing ever! She raised her voice and rushed my children till they were so nervous they picked the first thing they saw 😡 my kids are customers too I wouldn't be there spending my money if it weren't for them! I left pissed off. ..they lost my business

The ice cream is as always delicious. The facility was filthy and understaffed. We were the only 2 in line and it took almost 25 minutes for us to get our food and another 5 waiting in line to pay.
