This store is terrible. Where do I begin? I wanted to buy a gallon container of ice cream for my family. First, the woman behind the counter said she didn’t have a cover for the container size I wanted to buy. I told her to divide it into two half gallons but she still had to search for those lids. By chance, she found a gallon container lid so she started filling up that container. I paid and while I was waiting for my change, the woman who had been in front of me had left the store but returned to say that she was owed one more dollar in change. When the employee gave me my change she also gave me less than what I was owed. When I called her attention to it, she yelled at me. The best part is that when I got home the gallon container was BARELY filled with ice cream. It was not packed down and at least a quarter of the container was empty. DO NOT GO HERE! There’s another store nearby in Syosset. Do yourself a favor and go there (or any other branch) instead.
Meh. The ice cream was standard fare for my kid, but when my wife got charged for the cup, she noticed she was charged incorrectly because the price was higher than the advertised price on the display on the counter in the shop. The employee said that the promotion was over, but would get a manager to make the adjustment and honor the price. When the manager changed it and walked away, she heard them say something very rudly to the effect of, "well she saved a whole twenty cents, I hope she's happy." It dosen't matter if she saved twenty cents or twenty dollars. She's not there for the rude comments or opinions of someone with a bad attitude, she's there for ice cream for our son. We will not be going back here again.
Horrible.. dirty and not cleaned well. Barely have anything from the menu, worker said she didn’t know how to make any of the sundaes, they didn’t have hot fudge, chocolate chips, most toppings and most flavors. i asked what they did have and she said um maybe rainbow sprinkles. rediculous.
How this place is still open is beyond me. They literally don’t want to serve you ice cream. I waited 10 min and finally left.
