Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Kingwood

This is my third time visiting this location, cakes are exactly as ordered and ready on time The cones are fresh and crunchy Clean environment, and the staff are all very friendly and patient.

All downhill since old owners sold. Terrible customer service. 10 seconds after being handed the cone it broke right in half. Employee refused to do anything stating, technically I’m the manager, you touched it, and then just stared at me. Finally, given a cup and new cone and I had to use a spoon and scoop melting ice cream into new cone. Owners: pay your staff and properly train. Marble Slab is across the street from you. Adios. Ps: your cones are obviously stale. 2 days ago my husband’s broke in half, as well.

Let’s get some adults working here What is going on with customer service….

Staff was awesome however there were only 2 of them and there was a line all the way around the store they were so friendly I really felt bad the only reason I gave 3 stars was because one of the coolers were broken and the ice cream they did have well frankly there was barely any. I'm not sure why but each of the barrels were so empty and to the bottom.

Super sweet and friendly staff greeted us as we walked in. Both Natalie and Seth we're such a great help finding the right flavors for our palates today. My son and I love to come here for relaxation after a long day.

I went into to this particular establishment and I was greeted with a smile. The first thing that I did notice was cleanliness of the store. The customer service was fantastic!! They were very patient with my kids not being able to decide what flavor they wanted. The cakes are decorated beautifully . I had to even give a thumbs up on the cleanliness of there restrooms. The smiles and the customer service keeps me going back.

Beside that I love their ice cream, the staff at this location is awesome!!!!!!! They are super sweet n friendly......... there was two girls n one guy that said he was in training n the girls seemed so patience with him n still giving us great customer service by smiling n being courteous n I say that because they didn’t have my flavor ice cream (cotton candy) n they gave me many options to try to make sure I was satisfied and they accomplished it because I was very happy with my next favorite ice cream flavor (icing on the cake) I will be keep coming here as long as they r in business
