Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Helotes

I ordered a large, two scoop plane waffle cone ice cream. It was a little over $8 total. I had the Old Fashioned Butter Pecan Ice Cream and Pistachio Almond Ice Cream. Both were delicious, but I think I liked the Pistachio one better. It seems like there were less flavors to choose from, than in the past.

This is the CLEANEST Baskin Robbins we have ever visited. The owner was in and very professional and courteous. She made us feel very welcomed. Not to mention that the ice cream was delicious. They even have Non-Dairy & Vegan Chocolate ice cream!! We will definitely come back for another visit soon. Thank you Myrna!!

Bought and ice cream with more jelly than ice cream on it. Requested an exchange or money back. Didn't get neither. They kept my 5 bucks and "ice cream" when i said i could not eat it. I guess they would rather lose a 20-year loyal customer over 5 bucks. I'm taking my money somewhere else. No manager on site and when called no answer from Mike

NEVER ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION. I had the absolute worst customer experience here. The cake maker was so rude and unprofessional, I will never give this company another dollar. I called to get pricing on cake options. I told the cake maker I would prefer the cheaper option, and I guess she was in a rush because she said “okay” and then hung up on me. I thought maybe it was an accident? So I called back and politely gave her my order. An hour later, I get charged $45 on my card. I called back to find out why since this was not what we discussed earlier. The cake maker started to argue with me! I understood there was some miscommunication, but this lady was telling me I ordered wrong. Who gas lights a complete stranger? There was no apology or ANY acknowledgment that maybe there was a mistake. Long story short, she was trying to charge me for a toy on the cake that I never wanted nor did I ask for. So they gave me a partial refund. The overall experience to get the order corrected and then being blamed for their mistake just blows my mind. I work in Customer service. I know how important it is to be polite to the ppl serving you. I make an effort to be polite to people I don’t know. I’m not sure what was going on with her that day, but I hope she finds a job that better suits her attitude.

What happened to Baskin Robbins?! They charge $6.00 for a two scoop sundae that has super small scoops of ice cream. Very small drizzle of hot fudge. The chopped nuts were not more than a 1/4 teaspoon. And the whipped cream was about 1 tablespoon total. Not to mention they have teenagers working there and no supervision. Instead of handing me the spoon or putting inside the cup, she put the spoon on the dirty counter. What the heck? Not going back there again. Such a shame Baskin-Robbins used to be the best too! Oh well.

Got 2, two scoop sundaes with hot fudge, one had barely any ice cream or hot fudge, the other had ice cream, but almost no fudge. $15 for trash, sad thing is, we have tried all BR on west side and they all do the same thing. I'm sure I'm just another lost customer they could care less about.

Ice cream after ramen is the best!

10:27 ON Sat night.. your reviews say 1130 you close..one girl in tank top and sweats cleaning.. the other girl said they are closed.closes.. light is on.. maps said you close at 1130!! Pretty sad!
