Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Glendale Heights

I will not buy in this place again and I do not recommend it, I bought 3 cans of ice cream so far, everything was fine, when I got home and opened one of the cans it had already started, it was missing 1/4 of the ice cream in the can, I immediately returned to the place to have it changed or my money returned to me, neither of the 2 things they did, it is not fair to me, I did not want the money, they simply changed it, that is the reason why I do not return to this place

I used to work at Baskin-Robbins in Oakbrook Terrace. The customer service at this location is absolutely over-the-top amazing however they never have any of the choices that I want or any of the stuff that they advertise. They never have your mocha ice cream and they never have anything that I want to ask for I don’t understand is a manager not properly ordering the products? This place will go down only because supply and demand is not meeting the customer service needs

I had ordered a cake from Baskin. It was an online order and had called to make sure they were able to complete my order. The day i picked up it looked really pretty. BUT when we cut into in there was no cake!! They just frosted a round brick of ice cream! I had called and they said they tried to reach me but i didn't answer. I mentioned a voice-mail would have been nice or simply tell me when I picked up the cake. What a rip off paying over $30 just for a brick of ice cream...i would have been better off just buying a gallon of ice cream.

My standards are never really high with fast food but this Dunkin location has to be the worst. I think it might be a competitive game they play, see who can screw up the customers orders the most. Or maybe they just have a colorblind person picking out the donuts. Don't get me started on how rude some of the younger girls are that work there.

Absolutely rude and horrible to our door dasher, as well as to us when handed the phone to configure the substitutes or cancelling. Either actually out of everything or too lazy to get anything out for the order. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone

The last 3 times I came here, they didn’t have all the ingredients to serve my son and I ice cream. The first two times there was no vanilla ice cream. (You are Baskin Robbins by the way in case you forgot) I went at random times of the day. Today they didn’t have bananas as of 3PM. WHO IS DOING INVENTORY THAT THIS IS THIS CONSISTENT OF A PROBLEM FOR YOU? How do you “not have” bananas at 3PM!?! Never seen a place so comfortable not being able to provide a customer what they came in to pay for. They got offended when I said we never get what we come in here for. Like that should be what I expect. Well now it is! Needless to say, I won’t waste my time coming here anymore. This location isn’t able to provide what they are advertising. If you decide to go, don’t expect to get what you want, and for crying out loud, bring them some bananas.

Every time myself or my husband comes to this Baskin Robbins. They never have my ice cream. I love Mint Chocolate Chip. I think since they open I got it one time. Whomever does the ordering should be retrained on how to order properly.

My daughter loves the creature creation ice cream!! This location is a store with a Dunkin Donuts and there was a problem with our drink order but the lady fixed it for us. We're happy!
