15 minutes waiting for 4 milkshakes. Need I say more?

Ordered a birthday cake for my child's party. Was given the wrong flavors, which I only realized at the party when it was cut into. I asked for my money back and they had the audacity to say I should have called when I realized the mistake to return it and get a new one ("would have only taken a couple of hours to remake")... So, take away an ice cream cake from my kid's party and ask everyone to wait two hours for another one? Sure. Never again.

Lousy Service, Lousy employees. They claim to close at 11PM. But everything's put away quarter to. If you expect to get last minute ice cream or bite to eat no chance. Store hours of 11PM is an utter falsehood. Either close at 1045 like they actually do or put everything away after official closing time. I won't be going back after being turned away. Shame since the ice cream is great. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Came in for a cappuccino blast. Neither of the 2 staff knew how to make one, didn't want to even try to make it.
