The ice cream of course is always amazing but the service needs alot of work as the people there are very rude. The only reason we go are because they usually have really good flavors when other locations don't. But those people really need to be more customer oriented.
This place sucks ordered a custom cake a week in advance for a surprise party the day of the party they called and said they could not make the cake because they didn't have the flavor of ice cream and when we asked for a refund the lady Refused to refund us and hung up on us! They are very rude here I would never use them again and would recommend no one else does either!
Terrible location. Asked for an ice cream sundae with chocolate and vanilla, they claimed to have no whipped cream or chocolate ice cream. What kind of ice cream store doesn't have chocolate ice cream? Awful. Avoid.
I was there recently and my order was totally wrong. And I'm still waiting for a return phone call from Dunkin customer service line
No more donuts at 8:00pm? They told me they only have coffee and ice cream. I can get coffee at a gas station and ice cream down the street. What kind of donut shop is this?!! Ridiculous!
I got a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Very simple. The sprinkles were stale. I asked just for a regular ice cream. They were rude and extremely challenging. When finally I just asked for a refund and reluctantly they gave me one. Just pick a different location.
Seriously this place is trash. I ordered at 9pm and they say they are opened till midnight but they closed at ten after me waiting over an hour for my doordash order to be picked up. They didn’t answer the phone and this is the third time we attempted to order from this location and didn’t get our order. Pathetic customer service. How hard is it to put a couple of scoops of ice cream in a cup. If i could give zero stars i would. Don’t order from this place. You won’t get your order and they don’t care at all about their customers. The number online goes to a cell phone. Shows how trash this spot really is. Calling health department on them. Hope they up to code.
