Generally good place to go for ice cream treats. What I like about their ice cream is that they have lots of selections and you can customize what you want. When we went there was lots of people waiting to get served but this was a Friday night so it was kind of expected. They used to have in-store seating but recently they were taken out which opened up the space for more people to be inside without overcrowding.
Walked in on a Sunday 8/13 7:45P the store is lonely with 6 employees all on their cell phones. I walked in and they looked up and went right back to their cells as if non of them were on the clock. Definitely to many employees for a slow night but are they getting paid to be on cell or to serve ice cream as people walk in?
After I asked for a larger straw, one of the reps accused of me of being rude and to pay and leave the store. I’ve been a customer of this particular store for over 20 years. Her accusations of me being rude were uncalled for. This person has zero customer service skills and shouldn’t be working with the public. And just to clarify, the person who was rude was a female with a pony tail with the sides shaven. This person needs better customer service and not be aggressive.
They have a large selection of ice cream you can make smoothies of your ice cream choice u can buy ice cream cakes too. If you also want to buy ice cream to take home you can get tubs of ice cream too. I suggest getting a cup if you get a cone for kids like I did.
Good, comfort ice-cream without the pretentious. They even have mangonada now.
The Old school favorite STILL carries rte flavors of my youth, (Jamoca almond fudge, chocolate peanut butter, french vanilla) This is state of the art sugar technology, my friends, AND they have all the modern waffle hat cone bucket bowls, and plenty of toppings. Bring your kids here after 5PM and learn the meaning of insomnia.
Excellent customer service all the time. Good tasting ice cream. Wish certain flavors like peppermint were available all year round. Baskin-Robbins gift cards make people happy.
