Baskin-Robbins isn't exciting. It's not interesting or new. We went anyways. Really I wanted a Dunkin donut. A plain old donut. Then I looked over and saw Baskin -Robbins had dairy free ice cream. Well well well. I needed to try this. It was hot out and why not? My husband got regular ice cream (cheesecake in a cup). But me? I ordered Strawberry streusel in a fun dip waffle cone because sprinkles and chocolate and strawberries and streusel - see? There are a few reasons I'm giving this place a 5. 1) they had multiple flavors of dairy free ice cream. 2) it actually tasted good. Really. There were chunks of strawberry streusel in my fake ice cream (yum) and it went deliciously with my fully dairy chocolate dipped waffle cone and colorful sprinkles. 3) the outdoor seating had a spot for my wheelchair! There was a pull-up spot just for me. While I wish there was more than one table that had this and it wasn't so close to the garbage, I was so happy to actually have a spot to sit AT and CLOSE to an outdoor table. This is uncommon. Even when there's a table with removable chairs- there's no access for my footplates so I'm not able to pull close to the table. This table was AWESOME. I'm just sorry for the badly angled photo- blame my husband hahaha So... five stars from me.

The lady that was working on 7/16 around 7:15pm was extremely rude. I asked for cotton candy and there wasn’t much left, she cut me off and refused to scoop it because it was too cold and thus too hard for her to scoop. My logic would be you open a new container then yes? The woman i went with also got 4 of their containers of ice cream, never gave her a bag and my friend had to hunt her down and ask not once but twice for a bag for her 4 containers of ice cream. You’d think after she just spent like 40-50$ on that they’d be a little nicer.

I ordered a Oreo layered sundae, and it looked nothing like the picture. It did not have Oreo cookies or hot fudge in it. Instead just Oreo cookie ice cream with chocolate syrup, and not hot fudge. Do not go to this Baskin and Robbins—it’s a ripoff. I would consider coming back if I received a free Oreo Cookie Sundae made with Oreo cookies and hot fudge.

we Haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream before right next to Dunkin Donuts. we got 3 great ice cream flavors they’re good. Recommended for everybody to try this at Eagan MN.

Neat clean and organize but I had to wait a bit cuz there were some peeps ordering and it took a long time. Also 2 pre packed quarts at 14 bucks. Too much

Good ICE Cream & Friendly team 🥰

Great ice cream and a clean store. We ate outside and the space was nice. An employee even came out and asked if our dog wanted a whip cream cup (how nice!!). She brought him a small treat and cup of water. Employees like that make a good experience great!

Update 6/11: stopped by for a Dunkachino. They gave us “coffee” that tasted like hot water. Stopped on the BR side - ice cream selection is poor. Snickers one I did have tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Disappointed. Didn’t get my free donut on donut day, even though we went few minutes after store opened. However, we visited again today and were very pleased with the service and the ice cream quality. My only complaint is lack of certain flavors (cAke batter or pistachio).
