Love the ice cream. However, the servers don't give you your monies worth. Ordered a 3 scoop sundae, there's more topping and whipped cream than ice cream. Not worth $6.52. Feel like I'm getting ripped off.
24 hour open drive thru sign is lit- told at the window they were closed. Suggested that they turn off their light. Was told they can’t🤦🏻♀️
Giant neon sign in the window says "drive thru open 24 hours." Twice I've gone at different times and someone has said over the speaker, "sorry we are closed." If your hours changed take down the giant sign. It's not that complicated...
Worst banana split I ever had. Paid $8.01 for what was suppose to be 3 scoops of ice cream, bananas, two toopings. They didn't even put whip cream, nuts or a cherry too. The boat was over half empty. I wont ever go back now. Too many young kids don't know how to make a simple order.
The place was very clean. The service was very good.. Almost everything on the menu is so loaded with sugars and fats and syrup's it just looked very disgusting. Then while I eat my ice cream there was a monitor playing video on a loop that continuously showed the same candy ice cream cakes being made over and over and over and over again.
Probably hire workers who will actually take orders even when it’s midnight & they just don’t feel like working. Lmao take down the 24 hour drive thru sign if your employees don’t actually work
They need a new drive through intercom because every time I order I need to repeat my order 5 times until they can hear something.
They claimed the cooker was down so we couldn't get any hash browns.
