I ordered a sundae with three scoops, but they gave me a significantly smaller portion compared to other branches. This experience left me feeling extremely upset and disappointed, and as a result, I won't be visiting this location again.

I was looking forward to going to "31"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. It is one of three Baskin Robbins stores that I have discovered that do not honor the 31 Flavors premise. I won't ever be going back. Rick Zorn

I don't know if there's new owners or their short staff or I don't know something is going on here though they're out of everything for Baskin-Robbins. And I just paid $6.35 for a medium chocolate milk because there's nothing about it that is a chocolate shake... And I only got that because they were out of waffle cones They don't have brownies Sundays anymore They don't have strawberries They don't have anything. Don't waste your time or money.

Baskin-Robbins section closed at 10:15pm on a Sunday night?! But if you want coffee or donuts at that hour, then this is your place. Cross your fingers though on the donuts, cause at 2:00pm in the afternoon they have few if any and they have probably are not fresh. I just wanted a simple scoop of ice cream and left completely disappointed.

I went to get a butterpeacon ice cream and I walked in the place Wes dirty. So I ask for my ice cream. And I guess he didint know how to speak English. He Wes Mexican and gave me chocolate ice cream whit no gloves are mask so I told him it’s the wrong flavor. And he got mad. And put the old chocolate ice cream back in the bin. And used the same cone and put the right ice cream. And he Wes saying cuss words in Spanish. Very wrong. Very unsanitary someone should report this TO PUT USED ICE CREAM BACK IN THE BIN. WHIT HES BEAR HANDS WHIT NO GLOVES. When I told him that’s not right He Wes Full of Rage and Got violent and I asked for a maneger. He pretended like he don’t understand English. And ignored me there ice cream Wes melty probably left the freezer door open

Nice place. Price is a bit high (over $3.00 for single scoop ice cream?) but They are struggling to keep up with Tim Hortons. They are not as clean, friendly, quick or inexpensive. But HEY- It is still ice cream so it gets 4 stars from me! :)

This place is very dirty. The restrooms did not have hand soap. Was not greeted when we came in and waiting too long to get service. We were the only ones in at the time. Don't look up, the ceiling tiles are full of stains, possibly moldy in aome spots. And how can an ice cream shop be out of the most popular flavors?

Just went here to pick up a cake for my fiancé’s birthday. The cakes are plain so you can write on them, but when I asked to write happy birthday on it, they said no the cake decorators aren’t in today and I told them I don’t care if it looks a little sloppy and they told me no they take the tools with them. So I asked well do you have some candles I can put in the center and they told me no. It’s a Saturday and your cakes are plain? Why not have at least one of the 3 staff members trained to write on the cakes. I am not paying 30 bucks for a plain cake.
