The best customer service! The ice creamista was so patient with us the The WORLD CLASS chocolate was a fabulous choice!!!
My sister bought our dad a snickers icecream cake from here for Father's Day. It was delicious! This was the first time I've ever been here as well as eating anything from here. It smells so good when you walk in the front door. The staff was really friendly and they kept the place in tip top shape. They have a variety of sugary stuff you can add to what ever you want to put together. I will certainly be coming back for more.
The ice cream is good, it is Baskin-Robbins. Reason for the one star: little disorganized. Orders three items, one item was handed directly to us, the other two were not. When we went to pay, we informed the cashier that we didn't have the other two items. Then he began to make them. After he put some ice cream in a cup, and handed it to us, another employee grabbed the two that were already made, and left on the counter (we didn't see them/didn't know they were ours). He then took the ice cream from the cup (that has been sitting on the counter) and dropped it back into the freezer. This was one of the three times we watched this happen, in the >10 minutes we were in there.
not only did the ice cream tasted very old but i had a roach in my food and they had terrible service. they slammed my ice cream in my face and we’re mad because i asked for extra toppings. not only that but she was rude to the employee there as well.just terrible service i would give this 0 stars if i could
My ice cream looked like its wearing a turtle neck with a big jacket. They went up on their prices and down on their serving size.
Staff was friendly. You can dine in or out! It was clean inside. The new kids creations were amazingly cute and delicious. I got the same thing I always get and so did my husband. I get the Oreo milkshake and no one has made one better than them. We come here often to treat our daughter to ice cream.
This location has been closed for remodeling. Looks nice. I'm glad it's back open. Always the best service each time I visit.
Love their no sugar added ice cream.
