Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Colleyville

I couldn't resist taking advantage of the Deal of the Day at BaskinRobbins where IceCream scoops are for the 31st day of the month, are only $1.50 each. I went with Very Berry Strawberry and Creole Cream Cheese. Friendly Staff, tasty sweet treat.

The staff here is incredibly rude. I called an hour before my cake pick up was due. I asked the young man who answered the phone if it was ready. He said not quite yet. So a little worried ofcourse I asked will it be ready in time. He said he didn't know and told me to call back later as he tried to rush me off the phone. He said can you just call back later please. I responded with will someone be there later who can tell me more about my cake order and he just kept responding with can you just call back later? I called 10 minutes later and asked to speak to the manager. She herself was very rude as well. I told her about the first phone call and how I was concerned about my cake order. She said well he was very busy with several customers and couldn't really take a phone call ok? I'm in shock that these people with in costumer service. Seriously. I almost cancelled my cake order because I wasn't sure the quality would be good enough with those work attitudes. I definitely won't be going back there.

Worst experience ever at the Colleyville location. I asked for a strawberry banana shake and they had 3 bananas in s basket, but said they couldn't use them. I asked for a chocolate shake and they said they were out of chocolate ice cream. I asked for a waffle cone and they said they didn't have any of those either. I asked for a sugar cone and they put the ice cream in a cup. When I asked if they were out of cones, they said they had the sugar cones, but two scoops don't balance well in them. Then when I went to pay with my card, they said they were out of receipt tape. I get it was 15 minutes to closing time, but really? Then they said their manager has been out of town for 3 weeks, but they are still managing. Sorry, but no boys, you are not.

Unpredictable...apparently the manager decides which flavor of ice-cream to put "into rotation". Each time we visit, there is either no hot fudge, or the ice cream we request from the menu is not available or not "in rotation?? ". The staff, however, is very friendly and always apologetic for the management's shortcomings. Hopefully corporate will make the necessary changes needed. Will not be returning. Too pricey, poor management, limited ice cream selection.

I ordered a birthday cake for my baby boy in Baskin Robbins website and chose Colleyville Store, according to the website policy all custom cake needs to be ordered 24 hours ahead of time, and this is exactly what I did. I ordered 2 pm one day before my son’s birthday, the next day at 2:30 pm my husband arrived in the store, waited in the line for 20 mins and was told that the person who bakes the cake didn’t show up so they didn’t have the cake that I ordered. I can understand that everyone may have an emergency but why cannot you call me or email me earlier?? You have my information but neglected to inform us. Bad customer service and will never come back.

I ordered my second cake from this location. I should have walked away after the first one messed up. Simply wanted it to say Happy Birthday Chris. Not, happy b-day Chris. I get there and the same manager who gave me a song and dance last year, tried to do it again. Last year the decorator had a family emergency. This time she was in an accident. Said they called, they didn't. Even tried to say she was new. No, you are not a new manager. You have been here a year. A manager should know how to do everything thing in their store. They have lost my business.

The drive through doesn't list any icecream flavors what so ever so you have to go in. We couldn't even tell the drive through was for BR bc the sign was for the other half of the place with only one tiny portion at the bottom with sundae options. We asked the drive through speaker if we were at the right location to order for baskin robins and she rudely responded back. We walk in since theres nothing on the drive thru menu and the flavors they had were so unappealing we left without getting anything.

Absolute WORST service I have ever seen. Sat there for 15 minutes just to watch 3 people try to make one small shake. After what seemed like an eternity of waiting they tried to offer me a half full shake , saying they had ran out of ice cream from all the previous attempts.
