Breakfast Menu "Baskin-Robbins" Burtonsville

I've been here a couple different times and have always enjoyed the service. As with any Baskin Robbins it is on the pricey side for just an ice cream chain. But the employees were nice and professional. I would go here again.

Love going here but I wish you guys were strict on hair nets I was eating my strawberry ice cream when I saw a hair in it.. please do better on making sure no hair goes into people foods or ice cream it’s very unsanitary :( one thing I hate is finding hair in my food or ice cream. Like I’m scared to finish my ice cream cup afraid to find more hair in it , Makes me want throw up. Hopefully the next time I come your staff wears hairnets or y’all come up with a solution

We ordered cake from here and they did an amazing job. Even the cake that we chose was not in their catalog they customized it for us.

Terrible attitudes especially with the woman Indian manager. The bacon is never cooked properly and they serve it raw and when you return it and ask them to cook it they look at you like you said something wrong. Also they dumped old ice cream into a new container which the old ice cream had been thawed and look terrible yet they won't open a new one and wants you to eat the old instead. They wear the same gloves over and over again and never change them. Very unsanitary. So many problems in this store. Don't buy anything there unless you want to get sick.

Service is mediocre. The Dunkin Donuts here isn't that bad but the Baskin Robbins is terrible. Their waffle cones are stale and horribly, HORRIBLY, made. The service as I said is mediocre, but can be quite bad at times. Never go here. You're better off getting a canoli from Squisito a few doors down for desert. This is an abysmal store and the manager doesn't seem to do anything about it. When told all waffle cones were squishy and stale and poorly made, my cone wasn't replaced, nor were the other cones thrown out, it was merely dismissed as if it was nothing. Never go here. Seriously. Worst BR I've ever been to.

The Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts rocks! Love the space and it is always well-staffed with attentive employees so you don't have to wait long. I love the ample parking for this store as well. It is an easy shop and go spot.

Attitudes of the workers are horrible. They wouldn't accept coupons from the app. They under scoop the ice cream. Too bad there aren't other locations.

We went to buy ice cream we were a party of 7 we all got some ice cream. My 5 y o grand child got one scoop of ice cream which he didn't like the flavor and MR. Ashant (who has a bad attitude aerady when we asked to try different flavors of the ice cream ) refused to substitute my 5 you ice cream to another flavor my grandson was so upset and I had to buy another one for him . THAT WAS BAD COUSTUMER SERVICE. I will never stop at your place again. I know I am just one costumer but one plus one is two I hope the price of the extra scoop will make the owner richer :(
