This was the recommendation of a friend and it exquisite! The host staff was friendly and they also accommodated our reservation since we were running late. Our server Ali took great care of us and made some great suggestions! We had the Tomahawk (it’s been the best we’ve ever had) and the Wagyu they were cooked perfectly! We had the lobster tail as well, it was tasty, fresh and a nice size. The Caesar salad with the anchovies was light, delicious and not overdressed. All in all this is truly a winner. We will be coming back here next time we are in Tampa.

Great place, you can tell by how busy it was on a Wednesday night. Our server Tee was great. I had the lamb chops which were awesome. My friend had the porterhouse, another had the pork chop. All were phenomenal. The drinks were creative tasty and made by true professionals. So the chefs, bartenders, and servers were top-notch. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great place! Food is fantastic, atmosphere really nice, and their staff is quite attentive. The valet parking is a nice feature as well, especially if it's raining or if you don't want to walk in the heat. They also have a pretty generous rewards program that you can apply towards discounts during future visits, and they're military-friendly. 🇺🇸

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 35th bday dinner at Bascom's Chop House, and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the elegant ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable evening. To start, we enjoyed the Angels Envy Old Fashioned, a beautifully crafted cocktail that was the perfect prelude to our meal. The rich, smoky flavors blended harmoniously, making it an excellent choice. For our appetizer we had the Buffalo cauliflower wings and WOW! Just WOW. Do yourself a favor and try them! For our main course, we indulged in the 32oz Tomahawk steak, which was a carnivore's dream come true. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying Mac and Cheese was creamy and satisfying, while the Hot Honey Carrots provided a delightful balance of sweetness and heat. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the impeccable service. The staff at Bascom's Chop House went above and beyond to ensure our evening was exceptional. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch to the dining experience. Ended the meal with the best dessert ever. The waffles were literally amazing, I couldn’t get enough 🤤 Overall, Bascom's Chop House exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the kind of place where you not only savor a fantastic meal but also create lasting memories. If you're looking for a top-notch steakhouse with a touch of elegance, I highly recommend giving Bascom's a try.

Carla was our server and was absolutely phenomenal from the moment she arrived to our table all the way to holding the door for us on our way out. She was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and overall pleasant. This was our first time dining here and our evening at Bascoms was absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to come back. Easily the best steak and overall meal my boyfriend and I have ever had.

I’ve visited this restaurant many many times but not sure why this is my first review. Need to start off by saying Carla is incredible and made some great suggestions! We ended up going with the Tomahawk steak. If you don’t get anything else, get the Gouda Mac and cheese. Best Mac and Cheese on both sides of the bay. If you get the calamari ask for a side of sweet Thai chili sauce and you will not be disappointed. Stay away from the Brussels, they’re new to the menu and need to be improved. If they have the cannoli dessert on the menu- please order it!!

My initial review was erased hey technology and honestly I don’t want to rewrite it but basically the food was phenomenal! We had the wagyu carpaccio, wagyu ribeye that melts in your mouth, perfectly seasoned lamb chops and filet mignon. The drinks were a work of art, smoky old fashions and espresso after dinner drink and one of the best crème brûlée we’ve had in a while. You will not be disappointed!

It was a great experience. Not crowded and the waitstaff was very attentive. The steak i had was very good. The sides for dinner are large enough for two people to share. If you have enough room for dessert then try the cannoli. It is definitely worth it.
