Nice clean restroom but out of paper towels Tried the new chicken flauta with cheese sauce. That was tasty, the cheese sauce helped pretty good. Also tried the new chicken tortilla soup....no thank you....just not good... They have outdoor seating so you can bring your fur babies.
Had a great visiting Baja Fresh for the first time in over a decade. Staff was very courteous, especially Lucas V, and place was very clean. Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on the fresh ingredients here all the years while I’ve being going elsewhere for my Mexican needs
Always loved the food , unfortunately the one in TO for me closed but Janet and the crew at Westlake are very generous!
Does not accommodate handicap persons. Cashier today at 1245 pm said “ I do not care”. The manger is usually nice. Her co worker has no customer service skills. Good food but probably worth the drive to the calabasas store. I keep watching theses stores close. It’s no wonder. Every location has different customer service standards.
I love Baja Fresh - their burritos are excellent, great value kids’ meals, and nicest staff. Hoping it reopens again soon!!
I am so mixed about this as the food is so good. It is hard for me to justify spending around 20 or more for fast food for 1. But it is sooo good. So 4 stars out of 5. I get enchilada style w extra cheese and sauce and a drink.
Updated - 11/2018 Great news. The place is open again. Bad news, customer service is just as bad as before UPDATED 7/8/17 The place is flat out nasty, B rating by the county, dining room is filthy. Store is closed. Original Review: This location always has issues with the AC unit and it's very hot or very cold in the dining area. Food preparation is not consistent in that if you order the nachos, depending on the chef you will get little to no steak or too much. Dining room at times is like the food. Wish I could give this place a higher rating as the workers are very nice and friendly.
Always great food. Clean and tidy. Friendly service. All employees are masked and masks are recommended for patrons for everyone's protection. Great dining experience.
