This location has such a friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food is great and there is so much you can chose from. The rewards program is great and the app is so easy to use. This location is independently owned, but it is one of my favorite locations. The salsa here is the best, other locations water down their salsa, but not this location.
Review for January 5th 2022. So I was hungry and I came to eat here after work today. I had the fajita plate with carne asada. The food was pretty good in the service was good. I'm not guilty, to say that when the server asked me if I was going to eat here I said yes I was asked to show proof of vaccinations. I had totally forgot about this new ruling Los Angeles County but luckily for me I have my vaccine passports ready to go. Whatever it takes to make sure that we all keep safe in keep other safe as well. Thank you so much
Had not been to a Baja Fresh in many moons. The staff at this location was amazing. Friendly, as well as knowledgeable, they made me feel right at home. Restrooms are open to customers as well but unfortunately we could not eat in due to COVID Laws... Got the steak baja burrito and chicken 🐔 casadea. Wife got the shrimp 🍤 taco 🌮 and chicken fajitas. Delicious as I had remembered it!
Weighing out extra chicken in 3 oz. Portions instead of 6 oz. Like other locations for $3 each lmao cheap I also ordered a rice and beans plate without beans and i only got 1 portion of rice, no substitute for beans w more rice as it even said on receipt, when asking about portion of chicken manager had an attitude. Worst baja fresh ..also all the tables are flipped on there side so nobody can sit in the booths to eat 👎seems like the manager is putting her daily work experience before the service of the customer experience.
I used to come before COVID but today was running errands nearby. Long story short, never again food overpriced and not the best food very poor quality . No wonder the place was empty at 5:00 pm I paid $30 for couple tacos and quesadilla the regular drinks WTH ?
The burrito Ultimo was decent. And the salsas are consistent. The service was really good and quick Everywhere was spotless! However, the room was dark perhaps a hold over from covid restrictions. We would return, especially for take out.
Very good food. Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean modern. A little bit expensive compared to other franchise restaurants.
Friendly service. Delicious and fresh food. This is the only Baja Fresh (Granada Hills) in the area that still makes (steak) tortas. My favorite! Thank you GH Baja Fresh! Keep serving the Tortas!!
