Food here is always good. I have not had a bad meal yet. However, the service is severely lacking. I am never greeted, it's more like "what do you want or hurry up so I can go on break". The employees always never seem like they know what to do. They have gotten orders wrong plenty of time, and even with the wrong order the food was delicious. If you are willing to deal with rude teenagers and good food go for it. They need a better training model or managers that care.
Drive-Thru Order I ordered a Bacon Cheddar Burger Backyard Combo with an extra patty and no onions, a Double Classic Burger Back Yard Combo with mayo, lettuce, and tomato only, and two Diet Cokes. I received what appeared to be 2 ea. Double Classic Burger Back Yard Combos, loaded with everything but onions, no bacon, and no napkins. Total-$26.94 Yes, my friends, it's a sorry world out there!
Food was top notch and awesome. Attention on how to talk to your guest should be taught. Not just my family but all that had came in when we were there. Again awesome food.

The crackhead version of BYB. Use to be elite food now it’s disgusting dried out buns unseasoned rubbery food. Hot plates from a quick stop are better. Don’t go there. Management changed and so did the quality. It’s literally the dollar tree version of BYB. Such a disappointment and goes to show how poor management equals poor product equals poor reviews decreased revenue and store closure. They should really remove the sign it’s that bad.
Always loved their burgers and this location is no different! Great food but might take a minute to get but trust me. It's delicious!
Just enjoy their food. A little pricey for a burger 🍔 but still delicious 😋
Waited at least 10-15 minutes to place order, no ice in soda machine, all drinks were flat and warm, fries cold, plus side the burger was good but thats about it
