Well my experience here was pretty good compared to Cinnamon on the other side of the mall. Employees attentive, Smiled, & overall welcoming. This place was more efficient than the other places in the mall.

Slow service and awful products. We ordered simple items (Regular Pretzel and Lemonade) both were not good.

I just want to share with everyone that Auntie Annes in SMITHAVEN MALL catered my party and it was a hit! Everyone loved all the different pretzels flavors they had. I must say my favorite is the Sweet Almond a must try! Sour Cream & Onion another awseome one.. Just a few of my favorites. Mini hot dogs in a pretzel who doesn't love that! Great idea for a party if you want to do something fun and different. More importantly the staff is so nice and helpful. They even let us sample a couple of different flavors.. So, with saying that go take a ride and try them its worth it!

The pretzels are good thr cinnamon rasin with white frosting or brown sugar are good 👍

This place will forever be my heart. I love their pretzels and no matter what Anne’s I go to, they are all still mouth watering. 10/10 DONT go anywhere else for pretzels except the good old aunt unless you want to be disappointed. I always go out of my way to eat here on cheat day. I suggest you do the same.

The pretzel was great but the drink tasted of mold and caused an allergic reaction (I've an allergy to mold). Won't be coming back despite being a life long patron.

One pretzel for $4.99 after tax. Not such a great deal. I know it's the mall, but perhaps close the other two locations in the mall and save some rent money and in turn charge a lower price. The overhead has to be crazy.

They no longer carry jalapeno pretzels, but other locations do. Also you can get a box to make your own at home as well. Tasty pretzels I got every time I came to the mall.
