Sports bar. Lots of TV's, lots of seating and a large bar. Food was okay. Mostly fried food and very pricey salads. Perogies were dry. The server was preoccupied and the place was almost empty. We stayed in Hummelstown for 3 days and came here for lunch but never considered a return visit. The food can be found anywhere.
The manager is in over her head & truly should not be in that position. A new employee was obviously not well trained , the manager stepped in & actually became very combative...yes COMBATIVE! She argued with us over something that never should have escalated over a salad. We told her we would not be back & she said "good, go"!!! She didn't even have enough professionalism to come back & get our checks. She sent probably some guy from the back/kitchen. It's your restaurant, be responsible and professional, don't make someone else do your job. kitchen!
This is the best Arooga’s around in my personal opinion! The bar is a good size compared to Linglestown, or 22 (it’s hard to get around). The food is always good, service is quick and staff is very friendly! Side note, Tyler is an awesome bartender, very friendly and attentive. We enjoy his service very much 😄!
Excellent experience. Wings were great! Awesome selection of wing sauces and options for ordering. All wings and drums were good size and cooked perfectly. The soft pretzels are very fresh and the super pretzel is huge. Staff were great, especially the young hockey player that was running food. My only complaint is the draft beer wasn’t as cold as it should be. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for wings!
Awesome food!!!!!!! The service was great. Our server did outstanding and didn't hesitate to get anything we needed. The ghost pepper wings weren't up to the hype of signing a waiver, but the taste was perfect. The giant pretzel was the right size for our three person party and could totally be stretched to 5-6 people.
Thank you to our wonderful waiter and staff that fueled our Championship soccer team last weekend! We came for lunch last Sunday in between games for the food, air conditioning and downtime...then went onto win! The service was so kind and very attentive to our time constraint, smart with configuring our multiple checks and attentive to everyone's needs! Thank you so much for making it a success with little to no notice!
Absolutely garbage. Went in last sunday, 8/13, at 6:15pm. There were no more than four tables and one bar patron occupying this establishment at that time. We were promptly seated and given menus. Waited fifteen minutes while every other table was served their food and checked upon. No one even bothered to take our drink order. The waitress thought bussing tables and ignoring us was more important. We walked out. Don’t bother asking me to email for corporate to never respond back, im from two hours away and will not be returning to this establishment. 0/5.
Food was disgusting. Visiting from out of town figured been at hospital all day for our daughter let's get some food. Just gross beer and service were good, but you gotta be drunk to eat this even then probably not
