It was a tough and rough experience and only got worse for everyone! Staff was having internal unresolvable issues. Worst of all, Flies were everywhere! Instead of keeping tables, floor and atmosphere clean management was bickering with staff out of control. I was disappointed and very disgusted cause I chose to eat in. But NOT AGAIN!😟😳🫢
Stopped over for a quick bite on the way south. Missed the taste of the classic roast beef since we don't have arbys anymore in Canada. I just say the curly fries, onion ring and roast beef were winners. The bread was really soft and pillowy as well. Service was really fast.
I asked for fresh fries and was told the fries are fresh. If they were fresh they would have been hot. When I said something I wasn't even offered new fresh fries. Good way to lose a customer. This will hbe the last time I stop here!
Very busy, with quite a few employees preparing meals. They finished my order exceptionally quick, (10 mins with at least 5 orders ahead of me). The staff was organized and well managed. Food was hot! And service was friendly. 🚨they even had orders that were quite large, and were handling a tour bus order as well, which everyone was happily served. This is a very well managed pit stop. Thank you very much!!
We asked for iced tea and they said they didn’t have but could give us hot tea. The “hot tea” was cold water and a tea bag. We also got two fish sandwiches and got charged for it but they didn’t give it to us. The cashier lady got mad because she asked my grandpa to speak up and he did but she kept teasing him saying “I can’t hear you” repeatedly but the other employees could.
Super slow service on the thruway! Only 4 customers all waiting. Kid in back kitchen spinning around pans playing games. Supervisor standing in seating area no concern pathetic place to stop keep going!
So-so food. Out of many items inlcuding french fries. Slow service with only one cashier and kitchen staff standing around. Sorry but won't be getting food here.
Was very hungry. One guy in back cleaning would not help serve food. One guy serving food was in bathroom? One guy was waiting the entire time and gave up when I walked up ... It was late but the sign promised 24-7
