Ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon wrap. Very small portion of turkey. Two bites and all the turkey was eaten from one half! Wrap was dry as the desert! So they basically skimped on the meat and ranch sauce! Where is the peppercorn ranch sauce?!!!! Almost $14, for a medium combo!!???%%$#@ I am NOT happy! Do better! I so wished I had went elsewhere for a better wrap & price. Lesson learned.

Food was good, I waiting 17mins in the drive through line to get my food 3 people pulled out cause it was taking so long. The lady at the window wasn't rude but didn't look like she liked her job.

Food was less than expected. See pic. Sandwich was nasty, greasy, and the bread nearly as soggy and with that same texture as the greasy meat and cheese. $11.11 was truly too much. Stay home and make it better yourself and save the money. Drive through service. Server was dismissive and almost closed the window far too quickly. Had to interrupt her window closing to ask for ketchup. This place has gone downhill. Will not return.

Wow, when I pulled up Arbys on Google maps I was not expecting such a great experience! Went through the drive-thru at noon, friendly staff took our order, 100% accurate and the food was SUPER FRESH! Great job y'all!

Just went to two other fast food restaurants that were allegedly “open until midnight”. (Mainly because they are closer to my house.) One of them had me leave the drive through, order online for pickup and then proceeded to cancel my order after a 30 minute wait. Arby’s and their staff are the best!!!! Should have gone there to begin with. I wish I knew the guys name that took my order, so I could rave about how amazing he was. Everything I ordered was correct, hot, delicious and he included my extra sauces that I had requested. Thank you to the Arby’s team! Keep doing what you’re doing! (I placed my order on Sunday, August 27th around 9:45 ish, at the Knox Abbott Cayce SC location. I hope this helps identify the staff members that were so kind and helpful)

The roast beef sandwiches were hot and fresh. I haven't been here in quite a while but I really enjoyed the food and the service was fast and friendly.

I went to this Arby’s on 2/22/23 at 7pm. Everyone in this store that was working (the two young ladies working the window/register and the two men in the back) deserve raises. Whatever they are getting paid is not enough. I work in fine-dining, and listening to what was going on in the kitchen was insane. The communication was impeccable between the cooks-cashiers-and window. They were fast, high energy, amazingly efficient and also such nice people. I have never seen a fast food restaurant like this. While writing this review I am seeing the average hourly pay is $8/hr. They should all be paid 3x that.

Several months ago I stopped at the drive thru to order a roast beef sandwich to be told they were out of roast beef. How? How does the "we have the meats" franchise run out of meat, and their signature meat at that? Fast forward about 8 months, I decided to stop by again. I am a beliver in second chances. This time I order their new Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich that is heavily advertised. Was told "we are out of the sweet heat sauce". How? For the life of me, help me understand why you even have a menu if you cannot sell the items on your menu? I did file a complaint w corporate, have yet to hear back. That in itself answers a lot of questions for me. If the problems start at the top and noone is willing to undestand nor fix the problem, they'll continue to trickle down the chain. Your new slogan should be "we dont have the meats. We dont bring the sauce. And we dont care. Eat somewhere else." For those reasons, I will not be returning to this establishment. Two different visits, same outcome. And please, save us all the "we are sorry to hear you had this experience, please reach out to us." A) You're not sorry. B) You obviously still arent doing anything to fix the problem. C) It is not a supply chain or shortage issue at all. D) You dont respond to the complaints/suggestions made through your website anyway.
