We ordered two roast beef combos and a cherry turnover. They didn’t put the turnover in the bag, had to go back and get it. Then we went to eat the roast beef and it looked awful. It was pink and cold. So we went back inside and the lady agreed and had them to cook two more sandwiches and they were the same way. The workers in there are really rude and the ones cooking were laughing as if they’re doing it on purpose. Definitely won’t be back. A lot of money for that kind of service
Same issue as every other fast food joint in Tupelo, they forget something in the order. We had a curly fry order missing and we didn't catch it until after driving across town. The food was good but for 4 folks it was nearly $50, one would expect friendlier customer service and better care of order prep.
Always have had great service & food from the Arby's in Tupelo. I usually order the Greek Gyro or the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich. Great prices for the amount of food you get. Food is very delicious and the customer service is great.
When you have to explain your order to the people working it's getting pretty bad. My order was pretty simple. A roast beef sandwich meal large and add a extra sandwich. How hard is that to understand? I went almost as far as drawing them a picture and they still got it wrong. What is wrong with this new generation? Common sense just isn't a thing anymore
Arby's is usually ok.. I got the 5 piece fish strip fries, Dr. Pepper. Fries were cold. Fish pieces were TINY! This was very little food, for $13.18. I won't be back. Felt completely ripped off.
In my opinion fast food has declined so much over the past 3/4 yrs; prices keep going up, service keeps getting worse and food is well fast food 😬... If I am going to pay $25 for "fast food" I would just rather go out to dinner, sit down and have a nice meal with better service 🤷♀️.
Seems nice food is good just can’t get your whole order in the bag second time I have ate there and not got my food their answer is drive thirty minutes back in traffic to get it or refund very unhappy won’t go there again
Food and service were great but $50 for 3 sandwiches,3 fries and 3 drinks is a good bit pricey guys. I know prices have went up due to the so called pandemic but wow
