I opened up my Buffalo chicken slider and was baffled at the sight. Truly speechless. It was literally like a rock in between two buns. It wasn’t even worth eating and I felt bad because my grannie was the one who bought me dinner. You wasted my 92 year old grandmas hard earned money. She literally has been working since 11 years old and this is how you repay her?? And the short rib slider tasted like two pieces of rubber. I choked it down but dang did it take a lot of horsey and barbecue sauce (both of their first ingredients are seed oils and sugar btw). Thankfully her food came out alright and the cashier was a very sweet young man but holy moley do not try their specials. Just stick to the main menu stuff.

I asked the girl for fresh curly fries and this is what they gave me after saying they just dropped some in the fryer.(see picture below)please fill up the fries. Please don’t just scrape the bottom of the bin and refry them when asked for fresh there’s a reason I asked for fresh because this has been what I’ve received last few times going here. The cheese sticks were still frozen in the center . Also the sandwiches were skimp as hell I’m assuming because they were the 2 for six special. Look if you don’t want to serve product as it should be served then just close up shop. It’s not right you’re doing this while charging a premium price. I spoke with Aaron the night manager and he said he’d have it made right tomorrow but the thing is I’m hungry tonight after working 14 hrs today. Instead of making it up to us after failing how bout you up your standard all the time and you won’t be needing to replace food. Sub par standards for food equate big losses for the business constantly. I’m sorry I get off work late but it’s no reason to be dishing out your trash as food 1/2 hour before closing.

Ordered 2 bacon wagyu burgers. Neither have bacon. What's the point of paying extra for bacon if you won't get it

We were just passing through, but our food was made to order, service was great. Everyone welcomed us when we came in the door and everyone thanked us and told us to have a great day as we left.

I usually have a pretty low standard when it comes to fast food, but this place failed to even meet that. First when we pull up to the EMPTY drive -thru they immediately said "Give us a minute." Empty drive-thru and almost NO cars in the parking lot so you sure aren't busy- but okay. Then the woman taking our order was extremely slow; Maybe she was training but we were only ordering 2 Reuben meals and a Beef and Cheddar sandwich. When we finally finish giving our orders and pull up to the window we confirmed again our order and after a decent wait got our food and drinks. When we got home we realized they forgot the beef and cheddar sandwich so now we had to go back at this point for a refund. The worst part is the food wasn't even good- even for an Arby's. The corned beef sandwiches tasted far from fresh and the fried were soggy. The soda tasted watered down and had far too much ice. Given the price of this food (totaling almost $30) this was disappointing and not worth it. I'm giving the service itself 3 stars however since one of the managers gave us a full refund.

You may only ever catch one car in the drive thru, but they have started parking everyone "by the front door" even if you are the only car there. And they will not take your order until they have served/parked the car ahead of you either. Zero customer service or speed of service at this location.

Updated Ordered 2 Beef N Cheddar's and a Chicken Bacon Swiss combination with curly fries and a root beer. Both of the Beef N Cheddar buns were cold yet were both dark and overdone or redone. Both had pretty average amount of meat, sauce, and cheese which didn't bother me but every thing that was on the sandwich was cold. Not warm, not room temperature, but cold. The curly fries looked fine but were cold, not even heating lamp warm. The chicken bacon swiss barley had any sauce on it and was thrown together sloppily which wouldn't have been as bad if they actually put it IN the sandwich wrap rather than setting it right on it. Chicken was so cold that the cheese was still cold and wasn't even laying over the chicken which indicates that the chicken is at a proper temperature. I know that the cheese shouldn't be all the way melted but neither the cheese or chicken was warm, it was not heating lamp warm, not room temperature, but cold as if the entire sandwich had same out of a fridge. And to top it all of the drink cup that we got, which was a medium root beer, was actually filled mostly with ice and ended up being about 6 sips total. Soooooo yah the only nice thing I can say is that the cashier we had was very kind (host D2053). She smiled, spoke clearly, repeated the order back, asked if we wanted and sauce or condiments, reminded us to take their survey and overall had a great personality. If I were to ever come back to this one location, it would only be because of the customer service skills that she had. Only reason we didn't go back to have the order fixed is because we had just got back onto the highway and the traffic was backed up pretty far going back that way. Update: About 2 business days after taking the survey on the receipt letting them know my experience was not a good one, a member of their team contacted me. She said that they read my concerns and thanked me for letting them know so they could try to learn from their mistakes and she would let the district manager know. She asked if she could make things right and she did. Thank you Arby's for making things right.

Waited 8 minutes at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to take my order. Finally called on my cell to the store to see what's up... they were out of beef and figured they would wait until the next batch was done to take anymore drive through orders. Mom just wanted chicken sliders. Don't play chess with these guys, tic tac toe or similar.
