This was the most pleasant experience we have had in a while. The young man (Daven) that took our order was the nicest, politest and accurate worker I have EVER had the pleasure to encounter. We had a large order and he took his time with us and repeated everything back to make sure it was correct. He deserves a raise😊 Our order was correct and the food was fantastic!!😁

gorgeous remodel inside and out. very nice atmosphere, kind staff and employees. clean sauce station and refreshing drinks. really good food too.

This was the third Arby's my boyfriend went to after the Eureka and Inkster location messed up my order. The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure I got fresh, good food. Food was hot and tasted amazing. They even threw in some extra Jalepeno bites because the other location shorted me two of them. Their customer service was absolutely incredible. Their staff were incredibly sympathetic and had genuine kindness that you rarely see from fast food workers. I will for sure be back here. Thank you so much.

The hot honey barbecue was awful. It's take like old grease. It tastes like it's been sitting for a LONG TIME! The fries taste nasty also. Won't Go there again.

Sloppy sandwich. Half the cheese was in the wrapper. Does nobody take any pride in their work anymore? The manager should be fired. Second sandwich. Fish sandwich. They got the lettuce in the same wrapper. So close. Maybe it fell out if the sandwich when they stepped on it to make it less than an inch thick. Second time to review. I'll just post the pics. You can figure it out from there. Sloppy messy dripping everywhere lettuce looking like it exploded. 12:15 on a Friday. Nobody in line. And you had this out the window.

Took forever to be served. Frontline order taker was supposed to be the smug mgr. lady in the dark shirt. She didn’t come in to take my order until I had sat there for a country min. She was outside talking with a personal visitor apparently. The staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I wish I could have pix them all. When I first arrived the fry guy was stuffing his face with food at the fry station. The young leads were not helpful either. After all that they tried to give me old chicken fingers and fries. Had to wait for a new order. 23?min. total wait time... from 3:32 to 3:56! No apology or compensation. I didn’t see the advantage of throwing the fry guy under the bus by suggesting that maybe he ate all the fresh and more desirable servings. What is it with young people and their cell phones? This is getting out of hand. I was a lead here years ago and none of this would have been tolerated. Overall restaurant feels dirty and sticky. They charge too much to have open trash cans that attract insects and pests. It isn’t worth the risk of getting sick here so I will not be giving them my business. I hate to knock a local business, but his place has really gone down. You deserve to take your $ where it is earned and appreciated!

Stopped in while visiting Detroit, Big Kenny was my cashier this evening, he was wearing a trainee badge & yet he was the most helpful “trainee” I’ve ever encountered. I told him what I needed and he made suggestions on how to order it more accurately. He was energetic, engaged, got the order correct and was friendly, as out of towners, we truly appreciate his kindness & helpfulness!

I recently dined at Arby's and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. When it came to the food, I was impressed by the quality and variety of options available. The roast beef sandwiches were juicy and flavorful, and the sides were crispy and delicious. I also appreciated the option to customize my order to suit my tastes.
