Meat in French dip was scant. It also was dry and crumbly, tasted like it had been in the freezer too long. See the rubbery piece on the end? We eat Arby’s often and this was our first time at this one- don’t recommend. Management is poor and food quality is not monitored.

I want to say first I found a dead fly in my food. And the customer service is horrible. I would never come back here it's a Health risk. Inspire Brands LLC. is an American holding company and the owner and franchisor of the Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In, Jimmy John's, Mister Donut, Dunkin' Donuts, and Baskin-Robbins restaurant

Nice experience. Clean and friendly. The food was freshly made with a wide variety of menu items. Will go back again.

We are grateful to HAVE an Arby's here in San Fernando. It is one of the cleanest fast food places in town. and today the milkshake machine is working. Yeah...

The server had an attitude with me like its my fault she works there or something. Then my beef and cheddar sandwiches had virtually no beef. This from a chain that claims to have the meats. What a joke.

Location did not allow special requests very disappointing

Yikes first time I went here. The employee was nice and the tunes were good, oldies. However the food was cold. Roast beef was a hard clump in the middle of a stale bun with an unpleasant smell. Never had this happen at Arby's before.

Let me start by saying I love Arby's, been buying it for nearly 3 decades. At this location of the order was (first time at this location) 6 original Arby's. When I got home after the first bite, they tasted dry and a funny taste to them, no joke, all went to trash, you think I would drive there back and forth about 1.5 hours with today's gas prices? No thanks. So if you buy at least at this location, be sure to take a bite before you walk out so you can address your complaint right there.
