We just went through after a soccer tournament. The young man on the speaker was very uninterested in serving his customers. He acted like we were a nuisance. Upon pulling up to the window we seen that they had already started to prepare for closing which was 2 hours away. When telling us our food would be out in 7 minutes he was obviously annoyed. When the manager brought the food out I told her that he needs to fix his attitude and treat his customers better. She argued stating that he was simply telling us how long it'd be. She took no actions in explaining the importance of your attitude when dealing with a customer. This store has had problems for years and it seems it won't change. Maybe it's time corporate gets a little more involved.

Went to this location on our summer 2023 vacation after spending the afternoon at City Park. My daughter was starving and Arby's is one of the only fast food places we'll go to if there's a choice. The lobby was closed because of staffing issues but the drive through was open. The service was great, the order accuracy was on point and the food was hot and obviously fresh made, not sitting under a heat lamp. Thanks for the lunch!!

We went through drive through on Memorial Day weekend and the cashier Shaylynn and manager Lori were also cooking as her entire staff walked out. She was so pleasant and we really appreciate it! Kudos to them for keeping the restaurant open, I hope corporate acknowledges their dedication and perserverance!!!

I was the only car in the drive through and they made me pull forward to wait. They we're rude and rushy toward me while ordering I ordered a large and received a small. Food is good service was awful

I ordered two Real Pork Sliders. When I got home, I found almost no pork in either one. This was 5/29/23. I thought, what am I supposed to do with these. I called them five times to ask if I should bring them back or not. I got no answer, and I don't think they were busy. I put all the pork on half a bun and threw the rest away. That's a lot of money for half a slider. I've never been back. It's not the first time I've been ripped off by this store. I think once it's a mistake twice, I still give them the benefit of the doubt. Three times is ridiculous.

I don't know how this place is still open. The last few times I went through the drive thru' because that's all that's open, my food has came out so bad it's not edible. The sandwiches have been sitting around so long the grease absorbs the bun. The fries are cold and hard. Will not be going back unless something is done.

The food is awesome, but it seems like every time I visit a worker is always putting out a cigarette and going back inside when I visit.

Stopped by for lunch, but the lobby was closed. I did not have a car, and they refused to service me on foot. Very disappointed. Had to get lunch frim the burrito place next door. .Arby’s will not get my service in the future.
