Grumpy! The girl at the front counter was very grumpy and short with all the customers she appeared to be the manager and appeared to be very overwhelmed I ordered the half pound French dip with extra meat which I have ordered before it was obvious but I only received the half pound when I questioned it she told me that's what it was without even looking at it that made me more upset. I will post photos here the sandwich with the white background is the one I received today which I feel is made wrong the one with the dark background which is a steering wheel is the one that I ordered the other day in Clear Lake Iowa can you see the difference I can the one it from Clear Lake we couldn't even get the box closed I was so impressed today no problem closing the Box

THE NEW FISH N CHIPS MEAL ARE THE BEST I EVER HAD!!! GO GET IT!!!! The way it was cooked was perfect!!!

The remodel is beautiful! The beer braised beef on the pretzel bun is fantastic! Bomb onion rings, as usual.

Ordered the two of the cheesesteak meals, absolutely disgusting. They were warm at best. Look like slop. Called them to let him know how bad it was. I was told that that's the way they're made. Basically it is what it is. Wow!!

Meh. I'm not an Arby's fan. I only went here because someone else wanted to eat there.

I ordered the gyro and there was so much Tzatziki sauce I had to wipe it off work a napkin and then it was still way too much... couldn't finish eating it...very disappointing.

I haven't been here in a while but I will be going back more often. The food was hot with great flavor and the staff was fast and friendly

Staff was amazing. It was right around the noon rush, but they weren't super busy, so the cashier helped carry my tray to the table. (I walk with a cane) The help was much appreciated and I didn't even have to ask.
