I ordered the brisket meal with a large lemonade. There wasn't much meat on the sandwich and what was there tasted terrible not to mention it was drenched in barbecue sauce. I got charged an extra 70 cents for a large lemonade and I swear they gave me a medium unless your cup size has changed. I went in to eat to avoid this. My fries were cold as well. $25 for two mediocre meals. Will not be back. On the plus side the young man working the register was polite. I don't like sending food back
Traffic was stopped so we stopped in to eat. Sherina was super nice and pleasant!! Something that never happens in fast food anymore!! Super good job on hiring this girl Arby’s!!! Food was Also hot and good. We’ll definitely be back here when we’re in the area! WAY TO GO SHERINA!! YOU MADE OUR DAY…. Didn’t even worry about traffic :)
Everyone knows Arby's is good. Sometimes you just get that Beef and Cheddar craving ya know? But that Classic Crispy Chicken is legit. Like. Have you had it? You should try it!
Just got a couple sips of lemonade. Bought $1.85 worth of ice! When I mentioned it, she didn't offer to fix it. She said next time, just ask for reduced ice. So I'm telling all of you so you know.
On different occasions I have come to this location, and the manager on night shift is so beyond rude. One time I was working doordash, and she got snippy because I had to pick up a doordash close to closing time. (Mind you I was just working). Another time was tonight, my items where rand up separate, and I asked if it'd be cheaper if they where in a meal. (Mind you I didn't realize it wasn't rang up as a meal until after because I had added a fry) I told her if it was just a dollar or two difference, to not worry about it. (She shut the window on me as I was talking) and then handed me change. I told her if it was a small difference, not to worry about it. She caught an attitude and said, "well I wasn't gonna know until I did it all over" and stormed away before I could say a word. I then told her co worker to tell her to not be so rude when working with the public. If you can't handle customers, you need to get out of a job that deals with customers. Hope you don't come across a more annoying or worse situation as a manager, because you handle them poorly.

The staff here was Super Friendly and Knowledgeable! Beautiful view out the front bay window watching vintage cars 🚗 passing by that day! We tried the new Beef & Cheddar w/ Bacon 🥓 Very Good! They made us a special Ham & Cheese 🧀 sandwich that was Very Good 👍also! Very Friendly people here!
This is supposed to be a beef n cheddar. I bought 2, they were both like this. Tried Arby's again today. Not any better. It was so good a year ago. What happened?
