I would appreciate a more proactive approach by employees in keeping homeless/mentally unstable persons away from, and out of, the restaurant while I am dining in. On Friday, September 22nd, 2023 @2:29:10PM, (restaurant #207; 1300 East Lake Mead Boulevard) I had ordered my meal and sat down with a friend. Several minutes later, a disturbed male individual, exhibiting erratic behavior, had begun lying on the sidewalk by the entrance and flailed around as if under some influence. He then stood up and entered the restaurant, speaking unintelligibly. His was filthy and unkempt. His actions triggered my PTSD, and I found myself standing up to keep an eye on him, hoping he would leave. Finally, an employee asked him to leave, and the man disappeared out of the side exit. That experience did not help my already heightened vigilance due to my PTSD. I was unable to enjoy my meal as a result.

I love Arby's. Easily one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, they didn't have my favorite, the Pecan chicken salad sandwich at this location, so I had the Corn Beef reuben instead with loaded curly fris, Jalapeno Bites and a Peach Limon aid. It was amazing. Just like with everything they do. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal while reading a book. I wouldn’t mind going again some time to have a light snack while I read.

Had the Hush puppy breaded fish sticks and crinkle cut fries, mozzarella sticks and orange vanilla shake. Very good 😊 Fries are excellent dipped in Horsey Sauce. Food was good 👍 Miffed over the removal of potato cakes from menu.

The lady was in such a hurry she didn't even take the time to give me my receipt. The place was clean. Service was quick and most importantly, food was good 😊

The chicken salad sandwich had apple pieces that where rotten and it had a bad taste. Still don't like the fact no potato cakes. Also the roast beef sandwich was cold and bun hard. Last time I go here. My gas is not free so coming back and having it remade was not an option. So out the money and the food. I learned not to go here.

So, it's your typical Arby's, nothing special about that. The guy at the counter at around 3pm. Was polite, courteous, and friendly. My order took only a few minutes. Curly fries could have been hotter, but I noticed this about several Arby's accross the country. They could be hot or warm. The reason 5 stars is the counter guy came around and checked on everyone's meal in the dining area which I don't see too often at other fast food places. Place was clean, didn't smell or anything like that. Overall a positive experience here.

I ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich, I can I say that was the best dam sandwich I ever had , wow wow, like the best slice tomato’s onions n the lettuce, I was not expecting that from a sandwich wow wow , I ate lunch in my car and I can say it made my day this Labor Day, thank you🥰

The staff don't listen and get alot wrong. This time no meals only sandwiches. And she walked away didnt give cups and someone else came to help to order more. Cruddy attitude. Last time I came wrong sandwich and acted as inconvenient to do their job. Talking to each other is much more important then doing what they get paid for.
