I stopped in and ordered the Wagyu Burger deluxe meal with no pickles and no cheese. I also requested to have crinkle cut fries with No Salt! As you can see, the fries look like they have been fried twice and the burger was cooked to underdone for my taste. I don't see how this could occur when I was the only patron in the restaurant. Total trash experience and waste of $11.87.

Arrived at 9:30pm and the automated message stated to order when ready. I began to give my order when a male attendant rudely replied, "Hold on!" There were no cars in the drive thru. I sat for 10 min unattended. Left and ended up eating at Sonic. I will never return to this Arby's again. Every time I've come to this restaurant, there's been an issue each time.

Tried to order food from the app but it wasn't working correctly, so I went to the drive-thru and they wouldn't honor the deals at the drive-thru that were on the app. I showed the employee that the app wasn't working and he said I'm sorry but I can't honor online prices through the drive-thru. Nothing against the employee but this is a ridiculous policy! Corporate needs to rethink this...

Food was fine but the service was outstanding . A middle aged African-American man (sorry didn’t get his name nor was it on the receipt) handled my drive thru order and was very polite and professional. It was refreshing to see someone in the fast food industry actually care and put in the effort to be so courteous.

The shift manager went abobe and beyond for me. I was craving their fully loaded fries and didnt know they qasnt carrying them amy more. He made some for me. So awesome

When the mood strikes... if you've been to one Arby's, for the most part, you have been to them all. Went later in the evening through the drive-through. Service was good. Food was hot.

Lady at the window is very rude. I was the only car in the drive Thu. This is a picture of my fries because I ordered regular fries and she gave me curly fries she said that the curly fries are there regular fries. And very rudely she said you mean crinkle fries and this is what I got. Total waste of money. Never visiting Arbys again. I was a manger for Arbys for 13 years. I know this is unacceptable customer service.

Lady is very rude at window no name only car in drive threw and having to pull around to the front of the store for only fries and cheese sticks waiting for half and hour? Asked for refund they said no because there making the food? Which is not even done...
