Looking for a leaner but full of flavor roast beef sandwich - " Arby's " is the place. The Arby's sauce is great, their horseradish sauce also has just the right kick at the end. You have to tried them, you'll really like them.
I ordered my usual - reuben with extra sauerkraut, and a small jamocha shake. I get there - drive thru, and it was the most vanilla looking shake I ever received. I returned it. Still took my sandwich but mocha should look chocolate and covered in syrup. I was told that they were out of the syrup. I told her that they must have been out of the jamocha too.
I love Arby's but we stopped buying the lemonade.... change the sizes back to normal or we won't get any ever again.
The welcome was outstanding. Was greeted with a smile and was told to have a wonderful evening. I will continue to visit more.
One of the cleanest fast food restaurants in Liberal. Food is great and the service is very professional and fast.
They put sauce on my sandwich after I asked for no sauce. Really frustrating when you get home and find something other than what you ordered.
I stop at this particular store in liberal Kansas several times. In the past it has been good. On this particular visit the lady who I the who I think was the manager to took my order.. She was not very polite and when I asked about the condiment bar that used to have the peppers and sauces on it I was rudely told that that was gone it's gone. They were out of Dr Pepper which they were not polite about And the store was not very clean. I probably won't visit this location again.
I've eaten here a few times and it's not because the food is particularly exceptional, it's really good, but the staff seem to be so friendly that you can be in the dumps and their great attitude and customer service kind of snap you out of it. THAT is a place worth going back to JUST FOR THE EXPERIENCE! Keep up the great work folks! Looks good on ya!
