9:45 p.m. was in the Arby’s drive through. Ordered a shake and drink before being told Arby’s had no beef. Arby’s with no beef is like a bar with no beer, a bank with no money, a garden with no flowers, Rib City with no ribs. Say it ain’t so! Fine, I’ll have a roast beef sandwich, hold the roast beef. Just kidding. I don’t know, it seemed rather suspect to me. Perhaps they were out of roast beef on this night as they claimed or maybe it was 9:45 and the employees wanted to go home. Either way the guy on the speaker was surly with a zero sense of humor, not pleasant at all. So I took my drinks and went to Wendy’s for food.

Placed an order in the app for pickup hours ahead, drove from marathon which is an hour away. When I arrived they said they didn’t have any roast beef or the dessert. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t. I called the 800 and took about 30 minutes. The embarrassing part is that this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this same location. Update: I contacted Arby’s and they took all my information and said they put in a refund request. It has been 8 days and NO REFUND, they said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours but NO CONTACT. The charge still appears on my credit card and will have to dispute the charges.

Pulled through drive thru at 8 am to see if this location served breakfast. While looking for the hours of operation I hear a man yell, "Are you kidding me! We don't open for another 2 hrs!" He then approached my vehicle and continued to be very rude. A simple "sorry we don't open for 2 hrs", or just let me sit there and find the hours on my own would have been fine. Older white man with a grey goatee, he was taking out the trash when I went through.

Tried ordering at the drive through, the man was very rude. Wouldn’t let us finish ordering before he told us to go to the next window to pay. Then when we were at the window to pay he was still rude. Was very disappointed with the customer service.. would not recommend

Went about a year ago around early 2022 and the chubby white woman working the counter inside gave the worst attitude ever when asked a question about the menu. I reacted by just pausing and looking at her for a moment like, “are you really trying to do this right now?” because she was being extremely rude and unprofessional in her response and seemed like she wanted a problem when she told me to “just look at the picture on the menu” instead of explaining what the item was. She’s lucky that I ultimately chose peace since I was with my family, but I was heated for a good 20 minutes while we dined in. More heated than the chicken we got from her anyway, which she served like we were an inconvenience to her. In fact I made sure to keep my eyes on her as she served the food because I wasn’t sure if she would try to do something to it. Worst customer service experience ever, I hope that miserable woman is gone by now. If she isn’t, I bet someone else has already put her in check at this point because her trashy attitude is not worth tolerating. She seemed annoyed that we were initially speaking Spanish among ourselves as we looked at the menu before acknowledging her existence to order our food. She should get another job because she was very clearly unhappy with her life that day. Whenever I pass this location I no longer choose to stop by after still remembering this agitating experience. Decent customer service is everything for a place’s success!

Had the Wagyu burger combo the peppercorn ranch with cheese and bacon made the burger taste that much better. And the appleturnover was great also. And to wash the food down a blueberry lemonade hit the spot !!!! Highly recommended !!!!

We did drive through, not happy with the food, burger tasteless, fries okey, the mozzarella sticks not good. Root beer the worst ever!
