I’m upgrading my review because since leaving a scathing review, service has improved massively. The food has been better as well. I think all anyone can ask is to give your best effort In exchange for the money. Ya’ll have done that recently, so I’m taking back my scathing review and replacing it with a positive one.
Who ever was working the drive through todat at 130 was quite rude. Very short , seemed like there was something else on her mind but no excuse to be short and snappy with a drive through customer. I left did not complete my order . Try again next week.
Won't go back. Seems to always be out of everything and everytime you go by the shake machine is always down don't matter when. Everything I tried to order I was told we are out. Seems like a bunch of lazy people not wanting to work. Ask to speak to the manager and was told that they weren't in. Ask for manager name and they wouldn't give it. Don't waste your time or $$$ here. At least in Harrodsburg, KY
It takes a while for them to get you your food, at least for a "fast food" place. However, when you get it they have a 100% accuracy with me and my family.
The Orange Cream Shake is the BEST! I’m glad they didn’t forget to add the whipped cream!👍🏽
Sides were a bit limited on the menu. Service is good, and the atmosphere has a clean and positive vibe.
Service has definitely gotten better within at least the year. New staff as well. They’re very friendly as well as sincere respect and will do anything to make it right for you. Whether there was a mistake or something went wrong, they will make it right. Not only that, Their Food is wonderful. Each time I go it’s served fresh and fries and sides are hot and fresh as well. Love eating here. For sure coming back, often. And happy hour is a plus with a great deal!
Had left a review once and it has disappeared so I guess I'll lower it to 1-star since it was a 2-star for that right off the bat. The reason for the 2-star was we spent $30 for food when they were out of the right buns for half of the orders, they shorted me on fries, they were out of sweet tea, and when I asked for condiments the girl at the window said they were in the bag but they were not. She was very rude and was over everyone coming there instead of Taco Bell because for whatever reason it was closed at 8:00 on a Saturday night. We have left our complaint online and waiting to hear back on that A week later and haven't heard back. This will be my last time coming here. Might want to get it together before y'all open the dining room back up
