I had the beef and cheddar meal. I was happy to see they have both Pepsi and Coke fountain drinks. Most places it's one or the other. They had a variety of enters to suit just about everyone's preferences. New item is fish prepared in a hush puppy batter..
Got wrong flavor shake at drive thru. Had to go in to get right one. Machine was broken but at least the guy took the time to fix it to get me what I ordered. Brisket sandwich was a little skimpy on meat.
My husband ordered the fish and asked to cook fresh. Fish and curly fries were freshly cooked and delicious. Restaurant was very clean.
It's one of the best run Arby's I've ever been to. Staff was friendly and on top of their game. Place was spotless.
One male & at least three females playing & laughing so hysterically the female could not take my order until the third attempt of calming herself clear enough to speak legibly. I was the only car in the drive-through and ordered one value meal. There was extremely loud horse playing, french fry throwing & laughing that could be seen from the drive-through window. One female inside even yelled to the others to cut out all the noise, but they did not. I was immediately given my orange cream shake that was so light in color, and tasted of pure vanilla. High disappointment for my first time. The food itself was OK, but that service was deplorable. As I exited the drive-through on the other side of the building two female employees came busting out of the store laughing about times who was reporting to work tomorrow. Full uniform, total unprofessional representation The owner needs to exhibit professional training required of all staff who are interacting with customers.
I went here for lunch and found the restaurant to be impeccably clean, even the bathrooms! Service was very good and staff was helpful. The only downside was that my BeefNCheddar sandwich was lukewarm and seemed skimpy on the meat. The ketchup pump was out and I had to ask for packets at the counter. Overall not too bad.

Fast service, courteous people at the register. I only go to Arby's to get 1 specific meal, but when I do go, they always give me a reason to come back.
