This Arby’s location is really going downhill.. I placed a $90 order for the family online for shelf pick up. I usually try to look through to make sure everything’s there but when you have meals for 6 people all packed to the rim it gets hard without pulling everything out. I get home and I’m missing side items for 2 meals and another side item for a kids meal. Not to mention the fries were ice cold. Not even a little warm. Cold. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I try to be understanding and I get stuff happens but there was maybe 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 person inside when I picked up my order so it’s a little frustrating and I can’t find an excuse. I didn’t feel like driving back to get the side items as it’s Mother’s Day and didn’t want to make everyone wait for the food to get more cold so I call the store and ask to speak to the manager. Finally I get the manager and I’m explaining the situation and she is not listening I would say something and get no response and then get told “wait” “hold on” after repeating myself.. as I start talking again I get hung up on. I tried calling back twice and no one would answer. I was very close to packing up everyone’s food, taking back, and asking for a refund after the phone call but it wasn’t worth the time or energy. We just won’t be back. I’m usually not the type of person to be like “well you just lost a customer” but you did..

I don't know if management at this location has changed or what but this Arby's has really tanked lately. They constantly forget food. Every single time, an entire meal is missing. We end up having to go back because you can call and call, they will never answer their phones. The meat has been so dry, even adding extra sauce doesn't help. Chicken is just dried out breading. Bleh. Arby's is no longer in our rotation when we don't want to cook.

Denise, the cashier in the drive-through, reminded me of how customer service really is all about. Reminds me of when my Mom ran an Arby's location in Colorado Springs and had trained a lot of the Manager and Shift Leaders. I'll keep coming back, not because of the food- but because Denise knows customer service and is extremely friendly. Thank you, Denise.

The ceiling was dripping in multiple places from the a/c but other than that it was fantastic and the employees were very friendly.

The person who took my order was ok but he was extremely monotone which made it hard to understand. The food was tasty and hot.

I went there because they were slow like no customers. I asked what was on a Guyro sandwich has she started huffing and I just told her I will go somewhere else. She didn't even bother to keep me as a customer. Sorry you have lost a customer. No business doesn't pay your bills.

Worst fries ever... Rock hard... Had them make me a new batch.... They were still awful... Gave up after that.... 😐

Attitude of drive thru sucked!!! No napkins asked for Arby's sauce & didn't get any. Our order was wrong. No apologies!
