I stopped into the bathroom first. The sink, mirror and walls were filthy 😕 the floors from the bathroom all throughout the lobby were sticky. I ordered my food to go but they gave it to me to dine in which wasn't a big deal except all the tables were dirty. I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich but got it anyways. The fries tasted like they were fried in old grease.... there were soda spills all over the drink station. I'll be back but in the drive thru only.
How does an Arby's run out of roast beef?!? Sticky filthy floors and nothing to eat... Worst restaurant ever!
This is no BS! I'm going to keep it simple ....this is,( as far as affordable fast food goes), this place is the best!Staple for all of the restaurants to mirror that's really all I can say!They get marks all across the board!! I don't know where to start they were very friendly the food was fresh the place was clean they had a decent selection. And my favorite part they're open 24 hours and you can get anything anytime night or day and I work nights so I can really appreciate that! Breakfast ,I think has somewhat of a limited time... but other than that, when I go somewhere else I'm just thinking oh man they just don't compare. don't believe me stop in there for yourself....
I like the meat on the beef N cheddar really thin. The guy cut it and showed me to see if it was thin enough. Thank you!
Took a star because I can't get ahold of anyone and it's been 3 days. I've tried calling. I don't live it in excelsior, so it's a 45 minute drive. Came through Friday all the exterior lights were shut off so it was hard to see anything. I told them but I was ignored (because they were closing early come hell or high water) I had to repeat my order several times (I think because they are distracted) they missed a small fry in my bag and didn't give me a receipt but I noticed quickly and turned around, so it shouldn't have been a issue...They refused to answer (this was still twenty minutes before 10 when they were SUPPOSED to close) I tried to call, again no answer. So I pulled up to the window....I sat in the drive thru at the window for more than 10 minutes, during that time they turned all the interior lights off (to run me off I've worked in fast food I know what they were doing) but I still sat there, hoping to at least get my receipt. I sat there long enough they gave up on the no lights and turned them back on to close down but still ignored me...it was still before 10 when I drove off. Pictures are from when I drove off...

I love a b&c but I ordered a large sandwich and I got the small and curly fries were very cold
