Food was delicious, although you might not expect that from a fast food place. The new wild game burger is in the top 3 burgers I've ever had, maybe the absolute best. The employees are really kind, manager was awesome. Great music, clean environment. They also included sauce I didn't even ask for with my order, which I think was an awesome touch. I like this place alot
The best experience I could have had in an Arby's is because I saw a manager today, on a day when they had a boil water advisory, and he was coaching his brand new employee. He started out by giving her some super good feedback and praise on the ice machine task that she was given. And then he sat her down and started to coach her. He was teaching her about SMART goals and how to attain them, and he was giving her some beautiful feedback and recognition. And then he went on with her to develop a plan on how to obtain her goals. He let her have her say and gave her a voice in the conversation. It was textbook coaching! As a person who helps managers develop their leadership skills, this made my heart happy. Arby's food is Arby's food at any Arby's that you go to, but this gentleman right here teaches his employees how to create a true customer experience. So I just wanted to give a shout out to that guy and tell him that his coaching was on point! Arby's, you found a good one in this guy!
I got the smoked brisket sandwich without BBQ sauce combo with curly fries. The sandwich was marvelous, delicious, and juicy. The curly fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The service was beyond reproach quick, professional, and polite.
Truly a sad place !!! So sick and tired of places that can't hire good people that like and want to work!! Here's a thought pay more instead of lining your pockets!!!! For the past several times I have been here the lobby is locked!?!? What are doing for the trucker's that support your business?? Nothing just remember who brings everything to your location!!!! You will end up like burger King across the street!!!!!
Food is always fresh and hot plus it's one of the few places that doesn't blow up the mozzarella sticks. Orange Cream shake is great there. The staff are of a variety of ages and service is usually spot on even when they're training new hires. Atmosphere is clean, lots of seating room, and modern with USB ports handy for your cell phone to charge while you eat. I recommend this Arby's!
Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Manager extremely friendly and workers looked liked they enjoyed being there - which is rare to see lately anywhere. Had an online coupon that the site wasn't working and he took care of it - no problem. Food was even made as requested - again - rare today in alot of establishments. Will be back!
Restaurant was dirty, women's bathroom was discussing, floors were dirty and food quality was not very good as you can on my photos I'm going to post. We ordered 3 medium meals, number 14 number 6 and number 2 half pound. Number 6 chicken was really dark and very hard. Number 14 was a good choice. Number 2 was all shredded roast beef not layers. Very disappointing!! As you can 3 medium fries should be a little more then what we got. The smoked chicken avocado wrap the wrap was very hard to eat. Should have never gotten rid of potato cakes. Not very good experience probably will never stop at this restaurant.
Tracie and Steve the managers provided excellent service. They made sure to go above and beyond when it came to customer satisfaction, making sure that food quality was far beyond restaurant standard, and making sure the lobby was clean, the atmosphere friendly, and the remaining staff polite and courteous.
