The stripped-down menu here should be renamed Arby's express. Got given order in bag when I told them eat in. Then they put bagged contents on a tray. Then find out I am missing things, then find out I have 2 other people's orders. Going back and forth from the table back to the counter a couple of times. Then find I am missing my jalapeno poppers. Very barren dining room and bad lighting. Gives the vibe that this whole place might shut down any day. The entire property has been let go, and nothing has been maintained inside or outside. I was going to take some pictures but don't think it would be in good taste. Basically, get in, get out, and don't expect much

After reading the reviews, I was not sure I wanted to try this place. But the woman working front was delightful, and my food was hot and fresh. I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves a big raise. I suppose like most fast food, it really depends on who's on shift.

Service was awful 😖. Got a small drink but then asked for a medium when I saw how small it was. 10c difference, why serve small. No one knows how to ring up the 10c difference. Simple transaction? After being told not to give an attitude, just given the medium cup as they gave up. Got a gyro with little meat. Zero suggestive selling/ upsetting. No basic retail skills. (I think the regular cashier was on break) Better value and customer service across the street period. Won't be back.

Why would you think it's acceptable to serve someone some cold and greasy fries? Then catch an attitude by saying” I guess you want some fresh fries”. If you prepare the fries with each other, instead of cooking a bunch at one time, it'll save you the energy of doing things twice. Just like you go to work, you want your paycheck to reflect the correct hours, right? When I spend my money on something I want it done right!

We were at the Arby's on 20 at I-75. I really liked Arby's until this location stuck its foot out and tripped me. I learned not to be the first customer in a fast food restaurant. They must have just opened for the day. My sandwich was dry, both the bun and the roast beast. The man who was running the store must have gotten his knickers in a twist.....he was not a nice person. I'll stick to the one nearer to home.

Tried the sweet heat chicken sandwich. Ordered. Went the restroom. Came back no one out front so I waited a bit. Called to a girl if my order was done, oh yes. Drove away and the sandwich was good but the chicken was warm

Clean and professional. My food was delicious, the staff was very nice when I had to put in a second order. What a treat.

Great service, food made exactly as ordered. Customer service on point
