The young woman who too my order was fantastic. Very customer service. The curly fries were a little over salted but still tasty. The roast beef sandwich was the same recipe as in the past. It was good with a little horsey sauce. Thanks for the clean restrooms. You made our long day of traveling refreshing.

We were missing several items from our large order! The person behind the counter argued with us about the miss items. They got very hostile with us! The manager finally stepped in to help, at least we received our sandwiches. We were still short two orders of French fries. Our order was $94 plus change. We were amazed at the poor customer service here! It will be a very very long time if ever that we will come back to this location.

I have always had a profound appreciation for Arby's, but this particular establishment's remarkable quality of meats is truly worth traveling a hundred miles to get it elsewhere. Regrettably, I must point out that the workers exhibited a demeanor that can only be described as discourteous. In order for me to consider returning, it is imperative that the management exercises caution in the hiring process to ensure service standards do not plummet to an unsatisfactory level.

Utter confusion when you place an order here. It is frustrating just trying to order here. We ordered the new Cheeseburger and it was very small. The taste was ok, but I do not think it is worth $7.49 for this little burger. No atmosphere. No music. No TV. Just people yelling out orders. Miss the old Arby's.

Fast food is always an exercise in limiting expectations. During a rush things might be slow, the quality doesn't quite look like the commercials, but ultimately it's tasty and hits the spot. This was NOT the case today. A 15+ minute wait in the drive through to get to the window and watch as one employee handles the lid of our drinks like it didn't matter where he touched it and as another employee puts their water bottle in contact with the water dispenser to refill it was not a good start. Someone on the staff is commenting something about "spit in their food" in the background gave portents of what was to come. We finally get our meals only for there to be a missing sauce (explicitly asked for) and, more problematically, the dregs of the batch of fries that were the whole reason we came there. Not sure if this is representative of all Arby's, but as an experience for someone who hasn't been there in years it was far below expectations. 0 out of 10, will not recommend.

Stopped on a whim and it was okay, as usual . . . They are closing soon for renovation so could not get mozzarella sticks, but poppers were good.

The restaurant was clean and staff were super friendly. The food was as expected. If you like Arby's, you'll like this one.

The person who took my order at the drive thru was very short with me and kept interrupting me. Got my order wrong. She needs a course in customer service or a different job!
