Apparently this is the world's largest Arby's, so we drove 40 minutes out of the way to get here. It is big and fancy, and they have offerings not found at a normal Arby's. But, they also have the standard Arby's items also. The food was good and the service was friendly, but the prices did seem to be a bit higher than other Arby's. Fancy interior with a lot of seating, including an outdoor area.

Food is always fresh and order is correct. Staff always pleasant and friendly. Neat that this is the largest Arby's in the world.

Arby's are so cool these days. This one has an interesting, southwestern motif, at least I think that's what it is. Definitely bison and beef around, and a bear, and a nice totem pole. The staff are really friendly. I only got a cherry turnover, but that's what I always come to Arby's for.

Arby's is so overrated now. I ordered the new fish strips meal and was sorely disappointed with the quality of the items. I also ordered curly fries with cheddar on them, paid more than $1 for the cheddar and there was barely any cheddar on them. You'll see in the attached picture that this is what I paid $11.99 + tax for, smh

I’m highly disappointed at the food and the level of service received today at this Arby’s in colonial heights, Va. Upon getting the food it was all cold. The fries were hard and cold. The roast beef had enough lettuce on it to make a salad. The cheese in the mozzarella stick was hard and chewy. I immediately shared my experience with the manger and instead of apologizing she along with her staff began laughing.

Thos is the most beautiful Arby's we've ever been in. The oldest Arby's in the world 🌎 is huge and offer many different food items than a regular Arby's. Everyone was nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. We enjoyed our meal, and we will definitely be going back.

Holy crap…. This changed everything I thought an arbys could be. Great service, huge.. and clean space, and a twist of menu options. Tried the rotisserie for the first time and albeit a little dry not bad. The cool lodge style feel and family style seating is also a perk. Cool looking patio. Also get the cookies!

The line was a little slow, but it's Arby's. The line is always slow. I tried the Strawberry Shirtcake Milkshake. It was so delicious. The Chicken Bacon Ranch loaded Curly Fries were alright, not the best. But, over all everything was well worth the money I spent.
