User Reviews

Had the French dip sandwich and curly fries. Food was good and service was good. We don't normally eat a lot of beef but it was a nice change from our normal salad or chicken sandwich.

Very clean. Our order was properly prepared and correct. I rang the 🔔 on the way out! The Andy's mint chocolate milkshake was off the chain! 😋

This could be my first review (first in a long time....if I have ever). That said....what a pleasant experience from start to finish. The person at the drive-thru was very attentive. Asked appropriate clarifying questions (tried to upsell a little here and there which is perfectly fine) and repeated the order back perfectly. The line moved extra fast and it was clear there was a sense of urgency in the restaurant....but not at the expense of courtesy. Not sure I've ever uttered the words "Bravo Arby's".....but there s a first time for everything! (then the next day at a nearby Wendy's I was brought back down to Earth.....but that's a different story). Oh I almost forgot....the food was great....the foot was hot....we had every condiment and utensil we had requested...and then some...again...just a solid experience. (which is rare these days as we all know)

The food was ok not great and expensive. The chicken had been in a warmer for awhile and was really crispy. The roast beef sandwich is always a safe bet. The sandwich was fresh and good as expected.

Let me start be saying, I like Arby's. I grew up with them when it was a treat to eat out. I dont eat there often, but have stopped in for the happy hour sliders and the fish sandwich, when offered. I am a pescatarian, and it is hard to find fast food offerings. I typically just dont eat fast food. That being said, i was a bit enthusiastic when i saw that Arby's was offering hushpuppy battered fried fish. I had the Arby's fish sandwich years back and it was fantastic. I was on a road trip and decided to give Arby's a try and get the fish. Spent almost $10 on the 3 piece "meal." Each piece of fish was less than 3.5 inches long and maybe 1.5 inch wide and .5 inches thick. Maybe 1 and a half bites. Maybe the size of a chicken nugget. There was a handful of fries tossed in the box randomly. I think Arby's is going for the fish shack vibe, but this falls way short. The fish was bland, soggy, and over breaded. I recently ate at Captain D's and was shocked and saddened by how far they had slipped since i ate there last. Jeesh, Captain D's was like eating at a Cape Cod clam shack compared to this garbage. The best that can be said about this fish, and I always try to find the good in any sutuation, is that this cornbread battered fish is a "limited time offering." The more limited time the better. Yeah, they got one over on me. $10 gone forever. I looked at other reviews of this offering by Arby's. Saw one review that was 5 paragraphs long raving about the fish. You kidding me? Either paid for by Arby's , or never had real fish and thinks factory prepaired fish sticks are fantastic. Don't believe the hype!!!

Great food and service, just hate that they don't have Splenda and Stevia options for unsweetened tea, just nasty sweet-n-low, so I just get my drink elsewhere.

if only your employees knew how to read, maybe then i would’ve gotten what i ordered. your workers are the reason the minimum wage deserves to be $7.25, paying them anything more would be paying them for work they’re too inept to do.

Food was delicious. Service very quick and everyone was kind and courteous.
